Getting Married at First Sight didn’t work out for Vaughn Copeland, but the former reality star has managed to make a great family life for himself anyway.

Vaughn, who starred on the first season of the show and ended up divorcing his ‘Married at First Sight’ wife, Monet Bell, announced that he welcomed his first son earlier this month.

Vaughn’s girlfriend, Jenny Faber, gave birth to the baby boy on September 3 in Germany, where the couple has been living for several months. The proud parents named their son Zaire.

“Zaire William Copeland, born at 16:28 CSET, weighing 6.91 lbs. Mommy and baby home safe with no complications,” Vaughn posted on Facebook, along with a photo of his son.

Vaughn has been working to launch his organic food company, Copeland’s Organics, over the past year and seems to have left all of the drama associated with his appearance on ‘Married at First Sight’ behind. His ex-wife, Monet, starred on FYI reality show #BlackLove, and has said that she no longer speaks to Vaughn.

The other couples from ‘Married at First Sight’ Season 1– Jamie Otis and Doug Hehner, and Jason Carrion and Cortney Hendrix— are still married  and celebrated their second wedding anniversaries in March.
