EXCLUSIVE! ‘Teen Mom 2’ Stars Jade Cline & Sean Austin Ordered to Pay Nearly $5,000 to Former Landlord Following Unpaid Rent Lawsuit

“Um…the check’s in the mail…yeah, that’s it!”

Jade Cline and her baby daddy Sean Austin are about to put their big MTV paychecks to use!

The Ashley can exclusively reveal that on Wednesday, the new Teen Mom 2 couple was ordered by an Indiana judge to shell out nearly $5,000 in unpaid rent, damages and attorney fees to their former landlord, who sued them back in September for being delinquent in rent for a home they were renting while filming their first season of ‘Teen Mom 2.’

According to court records obtained by The Ashley, a Damages Hearing was held on Wednesday, and a judge entered a Final Judgement, awarding $2,166.53 in past due rent, $3,150 in damages and $500 for attorney fees to Jade and Sean’s former landlord.

Back in October, an Order of Writ was served to the ‘Teen Mom 2’ twosome, ordering them to vacate the Indianapolis home. Jade and Sean acknowledged that they were delinquent and agreed to vacate the house by October 25 in order to avoid an official eviction. (It appears that they did meet that deadline.)

“Do you KNOW how much Flat Tummy Tea I’m gonna have to hawk to pay this court bill?!”

The home the couple was shared (and filmed ‘Teen Mom 2’ in) is once again back up for rent. The three-bedroom, two-bathroom abode can be yours for only $1200 a month in rent!

As of Thursday, Jade and Sean have not yet paid the nearly $5,000 they owe the landlord.

This is not the first time Jade has been in trouble for failing to pay her bills. Back in 2018, she was ordered to pay $6,121 to an Indiana car dealership after she failed to appear at a hearing while being sued in small claims court by the dealership. According to court records, she still owes the full $6,121 amount to the dealership as of press time.

  1. I remember an episode where Sean came out with some money ( not quite sure how much it was) to put towards the car she had bought. The Mercedes, it’s not as though it was a brand new car that cost her a fortune, she probably got a good price on it.
As a mum that is going to school/work/ childcare she needed a reliable car.
I’m not sure how much these girls get as income, but SURELY she would have made enough already to get her outstanding debts in order and concentrating on getting somewhere (with stability)to live.
Chelsea , Leah , Kail and Brianna all have their own houses that were purchased , which I think is awesome.

  2. Where the hell is all that MTV money going? Surely she could afford to pay her rent. Are her and Sean back together?

  3. As somebody that has had to sell my pee to dopeheads just to be able to pay the bills, and still has to sell plasma to make ends meet while in school, it blows my damn mind that these people are getting huge checks for basically existing, and they STILL can’t pay their rent, taxes, car payments, etc.

Take that first MTV check and pay off all your debts, get a reliable but affordable vehicle, and put a downpayment on a modest home. Set yourself up for the future instead of blowing it all on stupid shit.

    1. The fact that you are selling your own urine to drug addicts trying to scam probation or parole is disgusting. You are enabling these “dope heads”. It shows a lot about your character.

      1. I’m not doing it anymore, but when I was it was literally do that and get money or don’t do it and get beat on for not helping my soon-to-be ex-husband’s friends, so I don’t really care what you think about my character.

      1. $10 with advanced notice, $20 if they knocked on the door needing it ASAP. Twenty ounce cup full. Best prices in town.

  4. That picture she posted of that rolled dollar bill and what looked like coke in the background is a pretty good indication of where that MTV money has gone/is going.

She’s not innocent. I think she abuses drugs like everyone else in her family, along with her baby daddy, but she is just much better at trying to keep it under wraps (and that’s saying a lot).

  5. How sway?! How are you on TM2 but don’t have enough to pay your bills? How you finish cosmetology school or whatever and don’t have enough to pay your bills?

  6. Good. People shouldn’t get away with that. They literally used that property to film the first season and profit so it is even more apt imho.

  7. She owed a couple grand on a bestbuy credit card also, I remember reading a while back. Wtf is she spending all her MTV money on, if she’s not paying rent, car payments, or CC bills? 🤔

    1. Yeah I saw that and I wondered about that also. But WITH a drug addicted boyfriend and equally troubled and addicted parents ( whom she’s constantly bailing out and financially supporting)
What I don’t understand is why she would have let her have her baby daughter overnight…..knowing that ….(without being rude) her mother has so many issues.
I hope Jade has finally woken up and dosen’t leave her daughter in unsupervised care until those people can prove their stability. STOP mooching of Jade and get your acts together.

    1. I do think Jade probably has a pretty stressful life. Sean is a loser, her parents are losers. They all abuse drugs. They all seem to look to her to support them to. She would be much better off cutting ties and leaving. Much like Tyler.
