Season 2 of ‘The Traitors’ to Feature 21 Celebs From ‘The Challenge,’ ‘Big Brother’ & More: See the Full Cast Lineup

“Let the Season 2 backstabbing begin!”

Bring on the manipulation, money, mayhem and “murder.”

Season 2 of The Traitors has been announced, bringing with it a new crop of celebrity contestants competing for a chance to win up to $250,000.

Alan Cumming will return as host of the Peacock series, according to Vevmo, which as in Season 1, will take place in the Scottish Highlands where the celebs will cohabitate in a castle while working together and completing missions to earn money for the prize pot.

As fans of Season 1 may remember, the show’s namesake comes into play as three contestants will be secretly playing as “the Traitors” and attempting to scheme, deceive and manipulate their way to the top by eliminating their fellow cast members, referred to on the series as “the Faithful.”

Meet the Season 2 cast below!

Big Brother stars Janelle Marie Pierzina (also of The Amazing Race) and Dan Gheesling will join the cast in Season 2, along with CT Tamburello, Johnny “Bananas” Devenanzio and Trishelle Cannatella of MTV’s The Challenge.

Also set to compete in Season 2 are Carsten “Bergie” Bergersen and Ekin-su Cülcüloglu of Love Island and Love Island UK, respectively, as well as boxer and former WAGS Atlanta star Deonty Wilder. Former Survivor castaways Sandra Diaz Twine and Parvati Shallow will also join the cast.

(As fans of ‘The Traitors’ may recall, former ‘Survivor’ star Cirie Fields was the winner of Season 1.)

Season 2 of ‘The Traitors’ will also feature a heavy presence of Bravoleberties, including former Shahs of Sunset star Mercedes Javid; Larsa Pippen of Real Housewives of Miami and Larsa’s boyfriend, Marcus Jordan, the son of former NBA star Michael Jordan. (Marcus also appeared alongside Larsa on Season 6 of ‘Real Housewives of Miami.’)

Tamra Judge of the Real Housewives of Orange County was also named a Season 2 cast member, along with Real Housewives of Atlanta stars Sheree Whitfield and Phaedra Parks (also of Married to Medicine.)

Rounding out the Season 2 cast is RuPaul’s Drag Race star Peppermint; Kevin Kreider of Netflix’s Bling Empire; Dancing with the Stars pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy; Peter Weber of the Bachelor, and John Bercow, former member of Parliament of the United Kingdom.

While fans on social media seemed pleased with the cast lineup, not everyone was happy.

Cory Wharton of ‘The Challenge’ and Teen Mom: The Next Chapter took to social media this week after the Season 2 cast was revealed, claiming MTV prevented him from competing on Season 1 of ‘The Traitors’, yet some of his ‘Challenge’ castmates are set to appear in Season 2. However, Cory’s ‘Teen Mom’ contract is seemingly what previously prevented him from joining the series, not his ‘Challenge’ contract.

“Crazy to me that MTV literally called me the Day before I was gonna leave for Scotland and film season 1 of traitors 1 & told me I couldn’t go do that show,” Cory tweeted on Tuesday. “Now I see 4 challenge cast members on season 2??? Y’all feel me though ?”

According to NBC, Season 2 of ‘The Traitors’ will consist of 11 hour-long episodes and one reunion special. A premiere date for Season 2 has yet to be announced.
