Rain and Josiah remained locked up until their April 14 court date. During Monday’s hearing, it was determined that probable cause was found for Rain and Josiah’s cases to move forward.

According to People, details of the alleged incident that led to Rain and Josiah’s arrests have not been yet revealed.

Rain’s arrest comes less than a year after her brother Noah Brown and sister-in-law Rhain Brown requested a restraining order against her, asking for “protection from someone who has committed unlawful harassment.”

In their filing, which was ultimately denied, Noah and Rhain– who announced their separation in January– accused Rain of “stalking,” while also alleging that there was a “threat of violence including malicious and intentional threat or presence of firearm/weapon causing substantial emotional distress.”

The two had requested that Rain make “no attempts” to contact them directly, indirectly or through third parties and that Rain not be allowed to come within 1,000 feet of them, their residence, their children’s school and more. Rhain and Noah also requested that their two sons be protected from their aunt, and that Rain be required to give up all firearms and be prohibited from obtaining more.

In the filing, Noah also accused his sister of “using cocaine and meth and consuming alcohol,” and cited an incident in July 2022 when Rain allegedly threatened his life. Noah claimed that the incident occurred while cameras were rolling for their family’s Discovery series.

Noah and Rhain’s temporary order was denied without a court hearing, with the court explaining that “the petition lacks sufficient information and is unsupported by a properly [submitted] declaration.” The court went on to note that the wrong name had been listed on the order, as Noah failed to submitted the declaration he stated he would.

Days after the restraining order request was filed, Rain hinted at the discourse on social media, telling followers she “didn’t give a flying f**k” about what anyone thinks of her.

Rain has yet to comment on her recent arrest.

  1. Is no one alarmed by the seemingly fact that he met her when she was underrage? And the 11 year old difference while she is only 22 is also strange to me. But then again, all of those kids saw what they parents had and hope for the same (maybe even the same amount of children, who knows). Except Matt. That guy is a scumbag on Earth.

  2. these ‘kids’ were never socialized–they have no clue how to act in society–it is very sad!!!! so many kids are now being home schooled and the lack of socialization will hurt them — hopefully not like this family

    1. Yeah, Byrd and her 100 cats. She claimed she was saving cat hair to make a cat-shaped pillow. Gabe suddenly started wearing eyeliner and singing off-key in local bars. They’re all a bit messed up

    2. What about Bam Bam? Yeah, he did the same felony charges their late father was accused of but he seemed the most normal on the show.
