Nathan Griffith‘s ex-girlfriend (and most-recent alleged domestic violence victim) Anastasia Biddle is speaking out about seeing Nathan’s baby mama Jenelle Evans attend a recent event put on by a Las Vegas domestic violence charity. The 21-year-old said she was surprised to see the fired Teen Mom star’s smiling mug featured on the charity’s social media page, given that Jenelle had defended and assisted Nathan before and after his arrest for domestic violence on April 23.
During an Instagram Live session on Monday, 21-year-old Anastasia was asked for her thoughts on Jenelle attending an event for SafeNest Las Vegas, a charity that helps victims of domestic violence. (As The Ashley previously reported, Jenelle attended the event with fellow ‘Teen Mom’ stars Farrah Abraham and Ashley Jones last Thursday.)
Anastasia stated that she was shocked to see photos of Jenelle at the event, especially since she had allegedly called SafeNest herself for help on the night of Nathan’s arrest for allegedly strangling her. According to Anastasia, she made the charity aware that Jenelle was associating with and assisting Nathan.
“I called SafeNest that night [the alleged domestic violence] happened, after everything happened and stuff, so I could get a short-term protection order,” Anastasia said. “And when I was talking to [SafeNest] I explained to them who else is in relations with him, the whole situation of what happened, and what people were involved. And I said [Jenelle’s] name. And yet she still gets invited [to their event]!”
After the charity received numerous complaints about promoting Jenelle’s (and the other ‘Teen Mom’ girls’) appearance at their “SafeNest Soiree” on Thursday, the organization— which provides assistance and resources to domestic violence victims— decided to pull the photos they had posted online of the ‘Teen Mom’ girls. In addition, many of the social media users who complained about SafeNest inviting Jenelle received a message from the organization explaining their decision to remove Jenelle’s pictures. (SafeNest’s response was posted on social media by several people who received it.)
“After listening to feedback from our community, we’ve made the decision to remove her post from our social media stories,” SafeNest’s response reads. “This choice was made with care and respect from all perspectives and we remain committed to creating a space that reflects our values.”

Jenelle and Anastasia have been bickering back and forth via social media posts since Nathan’s arrest. As The Ashley previously reported, Jenelle posted a video the day after Nathan’s arrest, explaining that she had been on the phone with Nathan before and during his arrest. She provided her version of events and revealed how she was involved in the situation.
Nathan is currently in jail and due to go before a judge this week. Anastasia attended a court hearing and has obtained an order of protection against Nathan that forbids him (or anyone who associates with him) from contacting her. That protection order is good until mid-August.
During the Live, Anastasia also claimed that Jenelle and Nathan’s current wife, May Oyola, showed up at her home days after Nathan’s arrest to assist him in getting his stuff back from Anastasia. The Ashley will have more details on that soon.
On Sunday, Jenelle hit X to clarify her involvement in Nathan’s alleged domestic violence situation with Anastasia.
“I never said Nathan was innocent and never gave him a place to stay while the cops were there. I offered him to stay hours before they arrived,” Jenelle wrote. “Their fight was about [Anastasia] being jealous of me according to his mom…And I also stated they were BOTH at fault, don’t switch this into something it’s not.”
Jenelle then stated that she, too, suffered domestic violence at Nathans hand when they were together, but that she handled it different than Anastasia has.
“And if you think for one second I wasn’t a victim of domestic violence when I was with Nathan.. I was. I just don’t go bragging everytime I was in that situation,” Jenelle wrote. “Def wasn’t in the gym working out.. was laying in bed depressed and my body was sore.”
According to the arrest report– obtained by The Ashley— Anastasia was observed on the night of the alleged assault to have “reddening and multiple marks” on her neck, as well as “reddening on her right bicep area.” She stated that the fight started when she informed Nathan that they were breaking up and that she retreated to her car to call Nathan’s mom, Doris Davidson.
“While [Anastasia was] on the phone with his mom, he came out to the car and took her phone away from her, later giving it back,” the officer wrote in the arrest report, adding that Anastasia stated that she remained in the car and Nathan went back inside the home and called her.
“[Nathan] begged [Anastasia] to come back inside of the house and cuddle with him one last time and [Anastasia] agreed, as long as [Nathan] would leave,” the report states.
“While on the bed laying down, [Nathan] got on top of [Anastasia] and grabbed both of her arms,” the report states. “At one point, he let go and wrapped both of his hands around her neck and strangled her for a couple of seconds. [Nathan] would let go of her neck and grab [Anastasia’s] arms again. [Nathan] repeated this approximately three times. [Anastasia] was finally able to leave the residence and call the police.”
Jenelle later told her viewers on TikTok that Nathan told the cops that night that Anastasia had bit him before the alleged incident, so, in her opinion, what happened was “equally both their faults.” In the same TikTok video, Jenelle stated that, after the alleged assault happened between Nathan and Anastasia, Nathan had called her for help and Jenelle offered to allow him to come to her home and sleep in their son Kaiser’s bed, despite Nathan having been absent in Kaiser’s life for about two years.
On her Live, Anastasia assured fans that she will never get back with Nathan.
“It’s terrifying. He is going to kill someone someday,” she said.

Why bother reaching out to the charity. She’s not an unknown person so it’s more like they don’t care and only removed images/posts to please people but what was done was already done and can’t be erased. She was invited.
Because Jenelle is publicly victim-blaming a survivor who sought services at the DV shelter. For the organization to then invite Jenelle to a fundraiser and post pictures of it, that is just reprehensible behavior from a DV agency. The action obviously can’t be erased, but the organization should not continue to allow Jenelle to represent them in any way, which would include social media posts.

What’s even more wild to me, that no one has mentioned is, that it sounds like May apparently is taking him back (?) or at the least, helping him get his things (after he’s assaulted her too and left her for this Ana chick)?! Like WTF are these girls thinking?! Jenelle is disgusting- Basically comparing her response to Nathan’s physical assault to Ana’s… This isn’t some comparison BS game. Nathan hurts people- specifically women. Just because you “took” it and didn’t call the cops, likely because you didn’t want to upset him or lose him, and/or, expose something unrelated that you were doing that would get you in trouble, doesn’t mean that Ana or anyone else is less than you for doing what SHOULD be done- reporting him! It isn’t bragging… She was just strong enough to speak out on it and get a RO against him! Jenelle really pisses me off!

This happens ALL THE TIME with Jenelle, these companies never do their due diligence! Even if this one particular event with Nathan hadn’t happened, she still has a lengthy record of being a trash person that no decent organization would want to associate with. Any PR employee who makes this mistake should be fired immediately as they are unable to perform their job responsibilities.
Yes! A quick search of her name and seeing her plethora of mugshots is all the effort it would have taken to show that she shouldn’t be chosen to promote their organization. I live in Las Vegas and donate to Safenest a few times a year but after this I won’t be donating to them anymore!
I simply can’t understand why so many girls will line up to date men with very disturbing & dangerous behaviors, and put themselves in grave danger! It’s insane and very naive to think the guy that’s had numerous DV charges on many other women will suddenly stop being violent, all for one girl. Some young women are literally delusional, thinking that a violent guy will change his spots, all for them! Or that the guy is even capable of changing. Jenelle & Nathan are just one long strung of train wrecks.. Incapable of any meaningful and long lasting change. Until they each have intensive- and probably inpatient-therapy that teaches them how to look within themselves and identify why they behave the way they do, make the horrible decisions they make, and work on themselves, and be single for at least a year(gasp!) to work on making significant changes, NOTHING will change. Just line up the next victim for Nathan, and the next abuser for Jenelle with her childish and insane codependent need for a man over all else… how can they look back in their rear view mirrors, and not see all the crazy wreckage!? It’s literally insane, and their kids are paying the price. Those poor children should’ve been removed years ago! What a mess they will each be, guaranteed. Already seeing it in Jace, that poor kid never had a chance with any of the crazy ppl raising him. Very sad situation.

Jenelle said she handled DV from Nathan differently. Sure……1) She was either extremely drunk and/or high and didn’t want the cops there 2) It was a mutual slug-fest between the two of them 3) She elected to lock herself in her room and smoke another, or 4) All of the above

I don’t see how talking at all about a scary situation is “bragging”. I dont think Anastasia has said anything inappropriate.
Jenelle talked about her DV when she was with Nathan. Some of it was on TV, she also accused him of trying to hit her with a car at another point in their relationship. She’s also talked about DV in a lot of her other relationships, as well.

I don’t hate easily, it’s a strong word and a strong feeling and I don’t live that way. But I can truly say, from the depths of my soul, I really hate Jenelle Evans. I really think she is a very awful person and an even worse mother.
Nathan is unhinged, and Jenelle exposed her kids to this. She wind up losing custody of the other two. At least Jace made it out.
Well, DeluJanelle was actually truthful about 1 thing, she didn’t get on SM and brag about any of her situations…she got on SM with her constant stack of victim cards and played them over and over and over.
The train that crashed into a dozens of dumpsters resulting in a major blaze that is Janelle’s life is never-ending. Soon we’ll be reading about her divorce court case. At least one child is away from that traumatic chaos. Unless she changes her mind on that situation too.
How could Janelle even be in the picture enough to make Anastasia jealous of Nathan didn’t even make the effort to see the child they share? Highly unlikely jealousy was the issue.
Anastasia’s assertion that he will kill someone is chilling. Meanwhile poor Kaiser – his violent, dangerous father will be in prison and he’s stuck in the chaos that is Janelle’s life. If living with Andrew works out for Jace, it will probably hurt Kaiser knowing his father is too much of a POS in so many ways to step up and parent him. He is the biggest victim in all of this.
I thought the same exact thing… How was Jenelle even thought of until she offered up an abuser, a place to stay? Why on earth would they fight about her being jealous of Jenelle? Why would Doris even say that? Oh yeah… it never happened.
The most unbelievable part of this whole situation is that Ana told Doris that she was jealous of Jenelle. No way that happened.
