Mackenzie Douthit & Khesanio Hall Are Married! ‘Teen Mom’ Stars Wed in Secret Ceremony in April

“We’re hitched!”

It’s been a great year for Mackenzie Douthit and Khesanio Hall.

The stars of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter welcomed twin girls last week, after having their engagement, IVF journey and Mackenzie’s pregnancy play out on the show’s most-recent season. It appears that the couple has even more to celebrate, however.

A fan on the TeenMomOGandTeenMom2 Reddit page was the first to discover—- and The Ashley has confirmed— that Mackenzie and Khesanio are married. According to marriage records obtained by The Ashley, the couple quietly tied the knot on April 14, 2025 in Bradenton, Florida. The marriage ceremony took place at the Manatee County Courthouse and was performed by a Deputy Clerk.

Mackenzie and Khesanio filed for their marriage license a few days prior.

Mackenzie— who was previously married to Josh McKee (who is the father of her oldest three children)— doesn’t appear to be hiding the fact that she and Khesanio are hitched. She recently posted a photo of herself to Snapchat, in which a hospital badge she’s wearing clearly shows her name to be “Mackenzie Hall.” (The couple’s twins were born premature and are currently still in the NICU.)

As The Ashley previously reported, Mack and Khesanio got engaged during an episode of ‘Teen Mom: The Next Chapter’ that aired in May 2024.

“I can not believe I get to marry the most amazing human on earth! My best friend. I love you so much,” Mackenzie wrote on Instagram at the time.

That same month, Mack stated on Instagram Live that she planned to give her three kids with Josh— Gannon, Jaxie and Broncs— the option to change their last names from “McKee” to “Hall.” Mack revealed on the show that Josh— whom she was married to from 2013 until 2022– only speaks to Gannon and does not really have much communication Jaxie and Broncs. Still, it is unknown if the kids have chosen to change their last name.

Mackenzie has praised Khesanio for becoming a father figure to her children.

“I spent a decade in a relationship saying, ‘I pray no one ever treats my daughter like this’ and when I realized the example I was setting, boy did It make this new life easier to mold together how it should be,” she wrote on Instagram last month. “Life has now brought us this. Someone who the answer is a solid YES. ‘Do I want my daughter to have a love just like this one’ YES! Yes I do. Everyday that answer is YES.
Now I pray for her future. That when choosing her partner she will ask herself, ‘Does he treat me like the man my mom chose treats her
Because if it is a YES, than she’s found the one.”

  1. Congrats to them. They seem to have a solid, healthy relationship and to be making a great home for the kids. As a family, they always look so peaceful and happy.

  2. I know reality TV isn’t exactly reality but Khes seems like such a genuinely good person. The exact opposite of Josh. I’m glad her kids have someone in their lives that love them as a father and treats them like they are his own.

    1. @gemma ~ agree that reality tv =/= reality, and also agree that khes seems very solid.
the kids seem to like him as well.

  3. Good for her. They seem like they are a content couple, really on the same page with things.
    Best of luck.

  4. So tired of these Passport bros / gals. If you can’t find a legitimate relationship in your own country, the problem might be you.

    1. Are you f’n stupid? He came here at the age of 18 to play soccer. He’s very skilled. He didn’t come here looking for some woman to obtain a green card. Moron

  5. I enjoy watching reality t v and just ripping gassers all night long. I’m just a typical The Ashley commenter.

  6. All she said was “coloured” and they almost crucified her. They really are offended by everything and ashamed of nothing.

    1. My son came home from school one day and said it. He said the teacher told him it’s the correct way to address black people. Obviously, I corrected him. Mackenzie may have unfortunately heard this a lot in her life. It may have really come from a place of ignorance. She does not strike me as a person who has a mean bone in her body. My son is only 21 by the way.
