It’s a(nother) girl for Jenna Compono and husband Zach Nichols!
The Challenge stars welcomed their fourth child on Sunday, daughter Francesca Rose Nichols.
“We are so excited to introduce our fourth baby, Francesca Rose Nichols– Frankie for short,” Jenna told Us Weekly. “She weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 inches long. She was born at 4:00 a.m.”
In an interview with Us Weekly after Baby Frankie’s birth, Zach stressed how easy the delivery was for him, and that he golfed and napped while Jenna was in labor.
Jenna and Zach– who met on ‘The Challenge’ and married in March 2021– first became parents in September 2021 with the arrival of their son, Anthony. The pair welcomed their second child, daughter Liliana Marie, in December 2022. In February 2024, Jenna gave birth to another daughter, Carmella.
While Zach previously passed out during a hospital visit when Jenna was preparing to give birth, he told Us Weekly that he handled baby No. 4’s delivery like a champ. (No, we’re not joking.)
“This delivery was a total breeze for me,” he said. “I came from the golf course where my scramble team was -12, took a long nap and was woken up 10 minutes before Jenna gave birth, which took all of three minutes.
“This was the easiest and most stress-free delivery by far and Jenna is becoming the Tiger Woods of delivering babies,” Zach added.
Baby Frankie arrived just a couple days after Jenna shared on social media that she was supposed to be induced August 6, but that plans changed when the hospital she was set to deliver in didn’t have any beds available.
“I understand medical inductions, but I am totally allowed to [be] angry,” Jenna wrote, before reminding fans that her third child “was almost born in the car” and that she ended up giving birth without an epidural.
Jenna added in her post that she was “over being pregnant” and wanted to make it to the hospital in time to get an epidural this time around.
To prepare to be a mom to four kids under four years old, Jenna said she enlisted the help of her two oldest kids.
“They helped me set up her bassinet, go through some baby clothes and help pack my baby bag,” she said.

Zach went on to praise Jenna’s “patience” and insisted that where he struggles, his wife flourishes, calling them “a pretty good team.”
As you may remember, Zach received backlash from fans back in 2023 after revealing on a podcast (on which Jenna was also a guest) that he leaves most of the parenting tasks to his wife and that he’s “very lucky” he doesn’t have to wake up in the middle of the night to tend to their children.

“If [Jenna] is home, I’m not changing poopy diapers, unless like, I’m in a REALLY good mood or there’s two at the same time,” he continued. “If there’s two poopy diapers at the same time, I will do the male poopy diaper because I know the plumbing better.”
During the same interview, Zach claimed that the best part about being a dad is that “you’re not the mom.” Jenna quickly defended her husband, arguing that Zach frequently cleans around the house and that he works full-time, which allows her to be a stay-at-home mom.
Following the arrival of baby Frankie, Jenna gave Zach credit for dealing with her “crazy hormones” throughout all four of her pregnancies and for allowing her to have some alone time by “stepping in to take all three kids places” during her latest pregnancy.
“What I love most is that he’s loving, dependable and most importantly present,” she added.
While Jenna and Zach are currently parenting four under the age of, Jenna said the Nichols family isn’t done growing just yet.
“Everyone thinks I’m crazy, but I have said I wanted six kids since [I was] probably five years old,” she joked. “Luckily for us, we both came from very large families so we both are used to it. Six is the plan.”
Zach agreed, noting that, because he and Jenna have had their kids so close in age thus far, “anything is and has been possible.”
“Right now though, I think the most important thing is to figure out this whole four under 4 thing and once that’s mastered, we can start those discussions,” he added.

The couple’s ‘Challenge’ co-star congratulated them— and made jokes about how many babies Jenna and Zach have.
“Y’all are doing a great job helping reverse population decline,” Tony Raines wrote on Jenna’s announcement post on Instagram.
“Hey Zach get them balls on some ice big man in the morning it’s round 5 you go again!” Kyle Christie joked. “Oh yeah, congrats.”

I read previously that they had some complications with this pregnancy (some scary stuff) so I am thrilled that mommy and baby are healthy! Always liked Jenna and seems like she’s a great mom, congrats! I’ll always be annoyed she ended up with Zack, for obvious reasons. I hope he can aspire to deserve her.
Love the name!
How very kind of him to “step in” to taking care of his own children when Jenna was pregnant. So nice to take your own three children places.🙄What does he think Jenna does every day of her life? Take care of her kids and take them places. That’s what a parent does. Not every now and then when your wife is pregnant. Happy the baby is healthy, they make beautiful children and Jenna seems like a great mom. I have a hard time with Zach and his misogynistic ways.
I just don’t understand why people get so upset about how others live their lives when it does not affect them.
It’s called empathy. Hope that helps.
You can’t sit there and pretend like you don’t have an opinion about other people and how they live their lives, you’re on a damn snark page like the rest of us. That’s exactly what we do here, we listen, and we judge. That’s the tea we’re all here for.
THAT SAID…
How he’s willing to treat his own wife, the mother of his children, his children’s main role model will absolutely indicate how he treats others as well. It will also show his children how to behave towards others, including their own mother, and whatever life partner(s) they may (or may not) choose to have. The world needs less shitty people, not more, and that affects us all in one way or another.
But, again, snark page, read the room ya walnut.
