Another Summer House spinoff is coming to Bravo!
The network announced on Wednesday that production on In the City (a working title) is underway, with the series set to follow the lives of New Yorkers– including some familiar faces from the ‘Summer House’ cast– living and working in Manhattan.
“City life: activated! A new series is coming soon…,” Bravo posted on social media, along with a teaser for the new spinoff.
Additional details were shared in the network’s press release for the upcoming spinoff.
“In the city that never sleeps, a group of New Yorkers navigates the biggest transitions of their lives – marriage, parenthood, reinvention and the reality of growing up without growing apart,” the longline for the show reads. “Can they have it all, or will they need to choose between the lives they’ve built and the futures they never saw coming?”
While few details were revealed in Bravo’s teaser, sources told People that fans can expect ‘Summer House’ stars Lindsay Hubbard, Amanda Batula and Kyle Cooke to be part of the spinoff.
As ‘Summer House’ fans know, Lindsay was previously engaged to cast member Carl Radke and the two were set to walk down the aisle until Carl called off their engagement in September 2023, just months before their fall wedding. In December 2024, Lindsay welcomed daughter Gemma with then-boyfriend Turner Kufe. The two went on to split five months later, though they continue to coparent their daughter.
Meanwhile, Amanda and Kyle– who met while appearing on ‘Summer House’– tied the knot back in 2021 and as of last season, they were discussing the possibility of having children.
Sources claim that ‘Summer House’ star Andrea Denver and wife Lexi Sundin, who tied the knot last summer in Italy, will also be joining the spinoff, along with some new cast members, whom fans will get to know during Season 10 of ‘Summer House,’ which recently wrapped filming.
It’s unknown if Carl will appear on ‘In the City’; however, he– like Lindsay, Amanda, Kyle and others– will be returning for Season 10 of ‘Summer House.’ (Cast member Paige DeSorbo will not be returning for Season 10, nor will Lexi Wood, as both announced their departure from the series following the Season 9 finale. Given their respective exits over the summer, neither Paige nor Lexi are expected to appear on the upcoming spinoff.)
As of now, viewers seem pretty excited about those who will be joining the spinoff, with many fans particularly pumped to follow along for Lindsay’s “mom era in the city.”
“Mother Hubbard,” one fan commented on Bravo’s ‘In the City’ post, with another adding, “Hub Hive Rise.”
“Yaaas! Can’t wait to see Kyle and Amanda’s life in the city!” one viewer wrote, with another joking, “Add a broken door and I’m in.”
‘In the City’ is the third spinoff to come from ‘Summer House’; it follows Winter House, which premiered in 2021, and Summer House: Martha’s Vineyard, which premiered in 2023.
Season 10 of ‘Summer House’ is set to premiere in 2026, while a premiere date for ‘In the City’ has yet to be announced.

Looking forward to this, and assuming Radke is stuck in contract negotiations. He needs the show with soft bar imo.
How can they not have Carl on this show, he’s got a sober bar in the city right now?!??
