Ryan Edwards‘ wife Amanda Conner is catching a lot of flak over a TikTok video she posted on Tuesday showing her making her fingers into a gun and pretending to “shoot” her seven-month-old daughter Presley.
No, seriously.
Fans— as well as fired Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans— had a lot to say about Amanda’s video, which was set to Cardi B‘s song “Pretty & Petty.” In the video, Amanda is seen making a gun with her finger and then pushing down Presley’s head when the lyrics say “Pow! I’m dead!”
Amanda– who is known for her humorous and often controversial TikToks— was unbothered by the criticism her video got, telling one person who mentioned how much hate Amanda would get for posting it, “What else could they [say] that they ain’t already.”
The new Mrs. Edwards (who got hitched to Ryan earlier this month) also got reprimanded by Jenelle, who is not exactly the gold standard of parenting in the ‘Teen Mom’ crowd herself. Jenelle hit The Interwebs on Wednesday to tell her fans she found Amanda’s video “disturbing.”

“Why would you post that, Amanda?” Jenelle said, adding that Amanda has tagged her on social media and accused her of having “drama.”
“Girl, you’re causing your own drama,” Jenelle said. “That’s insane.”
Jenelle went on to say that her daughter Ensley would be very upset if she grew up and saw that Jenelle had made a video about her like that.
“If she were to see something like that when she was older– me pushing her head [down] and me acting like that– she would be heartbroken,” she said. “She would be like, ‘Mom why would you think that’s a good idea?'”
Jenelle then went on to school the Interwebs to “start thinking about what they post” online.
“That’s why my content changed over the years,” she said. “I don’t know. I found this very disturbing.”
“She still has the video up, still thinks it’s OK!” Jenelle said. “…I don’t know. This is insane behavior, in my opinion. I’m just surprised that no one has called her out yet, especially Maci [Bookout]. I wonder what Maci thinks of this? I wonder if they’re still best friends?”
In the comment section of Jenelle’s video posted to Facebook, someone wrote that Jenelle would be “butt hurt” when Amanda struck out at her in retaliation.
“I’ve been online since it was invented, if she’s going to call me out about a horrible video she made then whatever,” Jenelle replied. “She’s still in the wrong not me.”
While Jenelle remains the only ‘Teen Mom’ star to comment on Amanda’s video (as of press time), it did get plenty of negative comments on both TikTok and Facebook from disturbed fans, with many of them pointing out that gun violence is not something to joke about.
“That’s one thing you don’t play around with…” one person wrote in the post’s comment section.
“We can’t be joking like this in these times,” another person added.
“Naww I love your content this is too dark,” someone else commented.
“Finger gun to a baby’s head?!?! Come onnn girl,” someone else wrote.
“I just couldn’t imagine being like ‘instead of putting a finger gun to my head, ima do it to my innocent child’s head.. and then push them over’ lol,” someone wrote.
“Ooof this gonna break Momma Jen’s heart!” another person commented.
“I can’t imagine Ryan’s parents’ reaction to this. This one is messed up and disturbing!” another one of Amanda’s followers wrote.

UPDATE! Amanda has responded to Jenelle’s video by posting another video to TikTok showing her, Presley and her son Brandon dancing, while Amanda flips off the camera. She has tagged Jenelle in the video.

She also addressed Jenelle directly in another video, calling her “delulu.”
“Listen, before you come at me over a music video I made playing around with my daughter, please seek therapy,” Amanda said to Jenelle. “You literally have no room at all to judge me and my parenting, OK? At all. Zero.
“You not only mistreat your kids, you talk to your kids like s**t,” Amanda continued (obviously referring to the text messages that Jenelle’s teen son Jace leaked last month showing Jenelle telling him “F**K YOU” another other not-so-nice things.)
“I’ve heard you’ve left your younger kids with your teenage son just to go out partying,” she said. “Who the f**k does that? You are with men who allegedly hit your kids or choke ’em or whatever and then you choose the man’s side. Sh**ty. Not only do you emotionally and physically neglect your children, but you’re a f**king animal killer too. The f**k, Jenelle? Come on, get off this f**king app talking about me.”

Amanda made one more hilarious point in her smackdown of Jenelle.
“Last but not least— and I’m just throwing this in there, it has nothing to do with the kids— but you will f**k David Eason, whatever his name is, but you won’t let Lil Wayne hit it? That’s sad.” (Amanda is referring to Jenelle’s recent posts about flying out to seeing Lil Wayne but going home once she realized he just wanted to have sex with her.)
Amanda then addressed the controversy her video has caused.
“Anyways, it was just a music video. Some people knew I was joking, some people don’t like it,” Amanda said. “You know, that’s your opinion. But what I do on my f**king page is what I do on my f**king page. [Jenelle], you need to seek help first before you try to come at me like you’re better than me.
“I have my kids. I have my kids, full custody of both of my kids, and they ain’t going anywhere,” Amanda— who only regained custody of her son Brandon last year— stated. “They don’t wanna go nowhere!”
UPDATE #2: Of course, this episode of “As The Dumpster Turns” continues, this time with Jenelle clapping back at Amanda’s clapback.
“Amanda, listen. I’ve been on the Internet for a long time, probably since it was invented,” Jenelle stated in yet another video posted to TikTok on Wednesday. “You, on the other hand, are new to this, and new to being a content creator. Some things, as a content creator, I personally wouldn’t post, especially being a mother.”
“A lot of my mistakes I’ve learnt from, but apparently you haven’t yet,” Jenelle said, before adding, “Isn’t your little boy supposed to be in school? I mean, we can sit here and point fingers all day. You can sit here and call me a bad mom. I can sit here and call you a meth head. But, I mean, you’ve been sober. I take care of my kids. I’m not saying you’re not taking care of your kids, but saying maybe you should treat your kids with more respect.”
“You can say anything you want about Mr. David Eason but I’m not with him anymore,” Jenelle continued. “I’m not associated with him anymore. If you think as a mother, this is funny to you or insensitive and we’re not taking it as a joke, that’s not funny! Anything for likes and views, right? Anything for those clicks. It’s insane, it really is. But, I used to be you at one time. I understand.”
Jenelle— who obviously didn’t have much to do today— went on to post two more videos to social video regarding what Amanda said about her, as well as a video making fun of the fact that Amanda and Ryan met while they were both in rehab.

As much as I think Amanda’s video was a bit egregious and something that I’m baffled she posted, I have to say that I sort of love her for her clap back at Jenelle. Jenelle’s response saying “as a content creator, there are some things I would never post” after posting that video(s) bashing her son, sharing his personal problems, and literally cackling at the thought of him suffering – she’s a fucking moron.
Amanda’s video was messed up and stupid. It doesn’t even come close, in my opinion, to the level of sick Jenelle’s were sharing Jace’s mental health diagnoses, legal trouble, and cackling at the thought of him suffering.
Amanda posts things to be funny, or for shock value, and they don’t hit well and are largely poorly received. Jenelle posts shit that literally makes me want to cry and also scream at the deep, deep psychological issues and delusions and pray for the 2 children still living with her.
Amanda’s imitating Janelle’s dancing in the boots was hilarious. It was almost like a Saturday Night Life skit. She really nailed Janelle’s moves.

I agree with you, Ricky. For all her issues, Kail wants to be with her kids, hasn’t had an abusive partner around them, and we don’t ever hear her demeaning them either. Most of her egregious issues seem to be around relationships.Thank god. Because good ole Suzie was a terrible mother to her.
SO many thoughts on this…
First, Jenelle- just… no. You have no room.
Second, I am not necessarily an Amanda fan- but that video was honestly hard to watch and I would be devastated if my child grew up to see that- joking or not. I mean, obviously she is joking but it’s in poor taste. Not just the gun part but pushing her over was just… weird and I didn’t like it whatsoever even in a “comical” way.
Third, Why tf is Jenelle spouting off that she’s been on the internet since it was “invented” (which isn’t true-the foundation for the internet was in the late 60’s and the WWW came out in 1989) like it’s some sort of contest or something to brag about? Weird AF “flex”

Well I gotta say, Jenelle’s shenanigans gets more responses on The Ashley’s page than anyone else except possibly Kailyn.
Ignoring the whole Jenelle of it all, because who the hell takes anything she says or does seriously anymore? We’re all well aware of what a POS she is and how detrimental she is (has always been) to her own kids.
Amanda proves more and more everyday exactly why she’s not fit to be a parent and that the judge giving her custody was simply a “there are no other legal options” vs her actually being found fit. Is she the only one? Hell no, not by a long shot, but she is still one, of countless, who is not fit to be a parent. She’s not even emotionally mature enough to care for a dead fly. Who in their right mind would think she’s fit to raise not one, but TWO human beings, and be a stepmom to three more? It’s not even just a one off, this is simply how she behaves in everyday life, some days far worse, but absolutely no days any better.

Have you been to a foster home? Some of the things that go on there are abhorrent. She needs some kind of parenting classes or drug test weekly.
