Kail Lowry is speaking out after her baby daddy Chris Lopez slammed her on TikTok Live earlier this week, claiming she was forbidding him from speaking to their sons, and that having to co-parent with the Teen Mom star is his “karma” for sleeping with her while she was still married years ago.
Kail— who shares sons Lux and Creed with Chris, as well as five other kids by three other dads— also addressed fans’ claims that she is the “common denominator” when it comes to all of the issues she has with all of her kids’ fathers.
“The narrative that I am the problem? No s**t I’m the common denominator [with all my baby daddies] but I think every situation [with them] is very different, so let’s start there,” Kail said, after denying fans’ claims that she is still “obsessed” with Chris. “I’m not saying I have no hand in all the issues with my baby dads but a lot of them were growing pains between the rest of them.”
Kail denied Chris’ statements that she is keeping the kids from him.
“Chris has a distorted perception of reality. We could see the exact same car crash— the exact same one– and Chris’ recollection of events will be completely different than mine. They will be so unhinged that you will be like, ‘How did you even get to that conclusion?’ It’s concerning…” she said.
Kail also insisted that she no longer mentions Chris on her podcasts, and that her team purposely edits out any mentions of him. She also claimed that she has long stopped hopping on TikTok Live to inform the public when things go bad between them.
“Like, why are we still doing this? Why are we still going on the Internet and bashing [me]?” she asked Chris. “You’re 31 years old. I don’t want to be here talking about my baby dad. I have so much going on. I don’t understand why [you’re] running to the Internet. You could have said all of it for court, and I’m going to present everything I have in court, the same way I always do.”
Kail claimed that Lux and Creed were very sick, which is why she did not send them to Chris’ as planned. She also informed everyone that Chris kept the boys away from her for a week during Thanksgiving break, which they were scheduled to spend with her.
The situation got so tense that Kail said she had to get the police involved.
“I didn’t run to the Internet and tell everybody that you took the kids from me the entire Thanksgiving break, which was not your time at all,” she said. “…You wouldn’t even tell me where they were. Me and the police came looking for them and nobody knew where they were.
“You wouldn’t even tell me where they were!” she continued. “You wouldn’t let me talk to them. It was my time. It’s not like you took [them on] your own [custody] time and I was trying to talk to them. You literally took my entire week and then shaved our son’s head. But [now you’re] spinning the narrative for sympathy. It’s insane.”
Kail insisted that she would have liked to have a break and taken the boys to Chris’ but they were too sick to go.

“They barely even wanted to wake up. But instead of asking, like, ‘Hey, what do the kids need? I’m so sorry they’re sick. Is there a time I can make up this time?’ you run to the Internet,” she told Chris.
Kail then compared the actions of Javi Marroquin— another dad from her cornucopia of baby daddii—to Chris’, stating that Javi handled a similar situation more appropriately. (This is interesting to note, of course, because just a few months ago, it was Javi on The Interwebs slamming Kail, her parenting and more.)
Anyway, Kail denied claims in the comment section that she is also at fault for “not putting the kids first.”
Kail explained that Lux and Creed had Flu A, with symptoms that progressively got worse until they were very sick on the day they were due to go to Chris’, causing her to have to cancel the visit without much notice to Chris.
“It’s not malicious. I’m not keeping them from him because I was being malicious. It was for their own well-being, their best interest,” she said.
“It’s like, come on bro,” she stated later in the rant. “I thought we stopped doing this? I thought we were all in our thirties and had stopped doing this?”
“Truly…I just want peace for every-f**king-one. I’m too old for this. I don’t want to be on here talking. Like, I’m tired,” she added.
Kail also brought up Chris’ statements about her treatment of him being his “karma” for him sleeping with her while she was still married to Javi.
“I had filed for divorce!” she said. “Why are you bringing that up? That was like nine years ago, eight years ago, I don’t get it.
“If we’re going to bring up the past, let’s all bring up the past,” she continued.
“Let’s not forget when you tried to sign off your [parental] rights [to Lux],” Kail said. “Let’s not forget when you strangled me while holding him. Let’s not forget when you strangled me up against the side of the house while I was pregnant. Let’s not forget when you pulled me in the house by my hair when I tried to escape. Let’s not forget when you held me hostage in my own house. Let’s not forget when you pushed me down the stairs and held me hostage in the basement. Let’s not forget when you broke all my mirrored furniture.
“Like, if you’re going to bring up old, old, old, s**t, I’ll do the same. But, like, why? What is the point?” Kail said, before mentioning that Chris owes her a lot of money in child support.
“Go to work. Get a second job. If you’re that bored, get a second job,” she said. “Because you have only paid $95 in child support and you owe $288 [a month] and you have $25,000 in arears.”
“I don’t go to court and point the finger at you. I go to court with receipts about what I do,” Kail continued. “All of the activities I take the kids to, getting them to school, their doctors’ appointments, the dentist. I talk about all the good things, the positive things, I do as the mom. When we go to court, you just sit there and point the finger at me instead of saying, ‘Look at all the things I’m doing for my children.'”
Finally, Kail stated that she is not going to remain silent when one of her baby daddii trash her on social media, as she claims she did when Javi ranted and raged about her online earlier this year.
“I will never make the mistake of not speaking up when one of my kids’ [dads] goes Live, because I let that s**t slide in June when Javi did it. That was a big mistake, because people really took what he had to say and believed everything. I’m not doing that again. As much as I’m like, ‘OK, it’s not worth it to talk about the dads. It’s not worth it to address,’ you guys really believe every single thing they say. ”
In an Instagram Story posted later on Wednesday, Kail apologized for “crashing out” and stated that she won’t be doing that again.

Hilariously, my parents spent zero dollars fighting for custody of me. Amazing how much cheaper life can be when you actually like your partner.

I don’t think that’s totally fair, while hindsight is 20/20 sometimes a toxic and abusive relationship is hard to get out of. I doubt she planned to have another kid with him but things happen and she chose to raise both boys and they seem to live a good life. Kail is one of the most TM disgusting cast members. She is a racist who weaponizes the criminal justice system to attack her ex-husbands and boyfriends. I still recall the “no contact” order she issued Joe after they had a big fight and the time she hit Javy because his dog was misbehaving while her friends were over. Oh and the fact that she wanted to record her dying father for clicks and likes was very sad also. Kail is just like her mother, Smirnoff Suzi, without the alcohol and drugs.
