Well Juh-nelle, we see ya with a new body!
Jenelle Evans announced on Thursday that she recently underwent a mommy makeover– redoing the 2012 boob job she got while filming “Teen Mom 2,” and getting a tummy tuck. The fired ‘Teen Mom’ star took a page out of the “Farrah Abraham Guide to Getting Publicity” and even hired a professional photographer to go inside the operating room with her and snap pics of the surgeries as she was being carved up.
As you do…
In photos sold to TMZ, Jenelle (identifiable by her giant abdomen tattoos) is sprawled out on the operating table following her breast augmentation and tummy tuck. The photographer made sure to zoom in on her naked and freshly hacked body.
In the comment section of her announcement on Facebook, Jenelle told someone that she had the entire surgery process documented for YouTube.
Again, as you do….
Jenelle also posted a series of well-polished “after” photos to Facebook, showing the results of her surgery.
“Iâve been keeping a little secret,” Jenelle wrote. “It feels so good to finally share this with you guys! After 3 pregnancies, work outs, and eating clean my body still needed some extra help especially with diastasis recti (a mom pouch) which a lot of us deal with after we have kids. No amount of exercise fixes this.

“I decided to do a mommy makeover with the one and only Dr. Rachel Mason at @lafemmeplasticsurgery in Las Vegas earlier this month,” Jenelle continued. “We replaced my old implants with 400cc silicone implants by @breastimplantsbymentor and repaired my abs with a tummy tuck.

“Iâve had my body judged since I was a teenager, so choosing this was about feeling like myself again and not explaining it to anyone else. Still healing but I already feel so confident, happy and really excited about this new chapter! Tomorrow I celebrate my 34th birthday and I can honestly say Iâm proud to welcome a new year loving the skin Iâm in.”
Last year, Jenelle revealed that she was planning to get another boob job. Her then-manager/booooyfriend, “August Keen” had been attempting to work out a deal with a Las Vegas plastic surgeon who would redo and revise the implants for Jenelle in exchange for online publicity. At the time, Jenelle was appearing on Teen Mom: The Next Chapter and, according to The Ashley‘s sources, had hoped to film the surgery for the show, but the producers were not into it, due to them getting so much backlash for episodes showing other ‘Teen Mom’ girls getting plastic surgery.

The surgeon who ended up doing Jenelle’s surgery is Dr. Rachel Mason, who is not the same surgeon she and “August” had been trying to work with last year.
Anyway, for her recent surgery, TMZ reports that Jenelle swapped her old rack for 400cc silicone implants. She also received a full tummy tuck that repaired her ab muscle separation, as well as skin removal.
“Docs also removed a whopping 4.8 pounds of excess skin to give her a snatched, sculpted waistline,” the site reports.
TMZ also states that Jenelle had already lost 15 pounds pre-surgery by eating a low fat/low carb diet and working out three to four times a week.
“Sheâs clearly loving the results, telling fellow moms that when clean eating and workouts arenât cutting it, there is a solution to help finish the job,” TMZ reports of Jenelle.

The Ashley’s sources tell her that Jenelle flew in her makeup-artist-turned-pal Eve from New York to take care of her and her kids while she recovered from the surgery.
Jenelle (and her new body) will make her North Carolina debut next month when she faces off in court with her ex-husband David Eason over a variety of topics, including custody of their daughter Ensley, as well as Jenelle’s recent motion that will require David to explain to the judge why he has been in contempt of their court-ordered divorce settlement.

She should focus on her kids but how many times am I going to waste time saying this, we all know itâs true without anyone saying it
I mean… it’s well done. She basically just looks like the retouched, angled photos she sells.
I was a little worried “a little nip and tuck” and “revision” meant like… Ferrah’s levels of work, or major reshaping, and less of a revision more of a… I don’t even know what to call what a lot of reality stars do to their implants when they get a “revision” and end up with some very uncomfortable-looking giant implants.
I’ll give credit where it’s due. Very natural, still herself. She didn’t go, and her surgeon didn’t push for the “reality star package”, or the “super unreal barbie package”.
BUT did not have money to help Jace’s Mental Health Treatments.
Lying biotch cares about no one but herself.
We live in a world where buying new body parts is as common and encouraged as buying a new tshirt. Itâs freaking weird..
Letâs re normalize diet and exercise..
She still has the exact same face as Barbara đ
Jenelle, you can’t shine sh*t, and the ugly inside can’t be cut out with a scalpel. Get therapy. A lot of it.
It’s like putting a ribbon on a sow lol!
Aw man. Iâm not a big Jenelle fan but I hate seeing anyone do this. Itâs so unnatural to have your body sliced and diced to look the way you want. And I feel bad for anyone who does it. It wonât make her like herself. Self love comes from within, not from a doctor who thieves from mentally ill people.
Donât feel terrible. Many have had it done including myself and it has shit all to do with âself loveâ. Iâve had 5 kids, including a 10+ lb baby. The excess skin was NEVER going to go away, nor the muscle separation. Her saying that no amt of exercise will change it is right.
What she likely doesnât get yet is that it really doesnât change your whole life. Sure it may build confidence initially, but loving the skin youâre in has way less to do with the physical and a lot more mental. JE has never experienced that and I donât reckon this will be what brings lasting change to her. She also wonât lose a ton of weight, thatâs a huge myth. You may lose some but you wonât know how much for week after swelling goes down.
Anyhoo, just a perspective from someone whoâs also had it done and not bc I needed to be âsliced and diced to look how I wantâ đđđ
Jenelle did not have an apron belly and exercise could have, and would have, 100% helped. I didnât say anything about having an apron belly removed. Jenelle had unnecessary surgery enable to maker herself look how she wanted, as i stated. You are awfully defensive though.
After losing 140 lbs, having 4 full term pregnancies, 3 of which were c-sections-having a tummy tuck absolutely made me love myself again. You should educate yourself before making such ignorant statements slated as fact.
I just love you ladies calling out your own insecurities. Re read my comment. NOTHING about it was presented as fact it was CLEARLY my opinion. But you ladies are obviously triggered.
Well…. you can’t polish a turd.
