TLC Announces New Season of “90 Day: The Single Life”: Meet the 8 Returning Singles & Watch the Season 5 Trailer

“…will hopefully lock us in for another spinoff or two!”

A new season of 90 Day: The Single Life premieres next month with eight returning 90 Day Fiancé stars looking to try their hand at love (again). Some of the singles have been recycled over and over (and over) again (<cough> Colt <cough> Gino)— while others are stepping out single for the first time.

Meet the returning singles– and two new couples– below!

Liz Woods (Washington)

Liz’s “90 Day Fiancé” journey began on Season 1 of ‘The Single Life’ as Big Ed Brown’s love interest. The couple dated on and off for three years, during which they broke up more than 11 times, got engaged on two separate occasions and were featured on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? and 90 Day Fiancé: The Last Resort, before finally breaking up for good over taco pasta.

As you do…

After two other public relationships and a battle with breast cancer, Liz, now 33, is back on the dating scene and ready to find a new partner. In the Season 5 trailer, we see her taking a trip to the Dominican Republic with friends/co-stars Sophie Sierra and Julia Trubinka (who was recently featured on ‘Happily Ever After?’ with husband Brandon Gibbs) to help each other find love.

Sophie Sierra (California/UK) & Pedro Jimeno (Dominican Republic)

Sophie’s “90 Day Fiancé” love story began in Season 10 with husband Rob Warne, when viewers watched her move from the United Kingdom to Los Angeles to pursue true love. The two got married in 2023 before going on to appear on Season 8 of ‘Happily Ever After?’, which exposed deep issues like Rob’s infidelity and Sophie’s trust issues. Sophie finally ended things on Season 2 of ‘The Last Resort’ after failing to make amends with her now ex-husband.

Rob went on to appear on 90 Day: Hunt for Love, where he looked for a new match following his separation. During the Tell-All for the series, 26-year-old Sophie joined to reveal that she is pursuing a relationship with 34-year-old Pedro, whose previous relationship was just as troublesome.

As fans may remember, Pedro came to the U.S. from the Dominican Republic on Season 4 of “90 Day Fiancé” to marry his girlfriend Chantel Everett. The couple were featured on three seasons of ‘Happily Ever After?’ before launching their own spinoff, The Family Chantel. After calling it quits, Pedro and Chantel finalized their divorce in 2023. (As for Chantel, she recently announced her engagement to girlfriend Ashley Bowen.)

On Season 5 of ‘The Single Life,’ Sophie will take a girls’ trip with Liz and Julia to meet up with Pedro to explore their newfound connection and find out if the sparks are real.

Gino Palazzolo (Michigan)

Fans met Gino on Season 5 of “Before the 90 Days,” along with his Panamanian girlfriend Jasmine Pineda. Gino and Jasmine’s rocky relationship was featured on six seasons in the “90 Day Fiancé” franchise (the most of any couple in the franchise), including another season of “Before the 90 Days.” After tying the knot on Season 10 of “90 Day Fiancé” in 2023, they joined other struggling couples on Season 2 of ‘The Last Resort’, where they agreed to an open marriage with Jasmine’s “friend” Matt Branisterneau. Jasmine and Gino ultimately called it quits on Season 9 of ‘Happily Ever After?’ when Jasmine announced she was pregnant with Matt’s baby.

Gino’s ‘Single Life’ journey will follow him as he tries to reconnect with ex-love Natalie, with whom he had a fiery reconnection at the ‘Happily Ever After?’ Tell-All.

Colt Johnson & Cortney Reardanz (Florida)

Cortney, 34, met Colt, 39, on the latest season of ‘Hunt for Love.’ Cortney, caught between Colt and Usman Umar, was torn for most of the season until Colt suffered a terrible leg injury at the resort. Cortney stayed by his side for the rest of the season and they committed to each other during the season finale.

Cortney made her “90 Day Fiancé” debut on Season 1 of “Before the 90 Days” with then-boyfriend Antonio Millon, with the couple struggling to make long-distance between the U.S. and Spain work for them. The two ultimately called it quits after appearing on Season 2 of the now-cancelled spinoff 90 Day Fiancé: What Now? in 2018.

As for Colt, he first appeared on Season 6 of “90 Day Fiancé” with his Brazilian girlfriend, Larissa Lima; they quickly got married, only to divorce six months later. Colt returned to the franchise with girlfriend Jess Carolina, who left him after he cheated on her with his friend, Vanessa Guerra. Colt and Vanessa went on to wed in 2021 before going on to separate in 2024. (The couple’s divorce case was dismissed without prejudice in May 2024, so they are still technically married.)

On this season of ‘The Single Life,’ Colt and Cortney will explore their new relationship amid their own previous relationship issues, Colt’s recovery and a big move to Florida.

Kim Menzies (California)

Kim, 55, made her franchise debut on Season 5 of “Before the 90 Days” with her Nigerian rapper boyfriend Usman; however, Season 7 of ‘Happily Ever After?’ saw the couple end their relationship amicably. On Season 5 of ‘The Single Life’, Kim is cautiously dipping her toe back into the dating pool while trying to reckon with secrets from her past.

Vanja Grbic (Florida)

Vanja, 42, made her “90 Day Fiancé” debut on Season 7 of “Before the 90 Days” with Croatian boyfriend/friend Bozo Vrdoljak, who friend-zoned her upon her arrival to Croatia. She went on to try her luck with a new Croatian man, Josko, to no avail. On the upcoming season of ‘The Single Life’, Vanja will pursue a new relationship with her longtime friend, Tony, risking it all as her feelings blossom.

Season 5 of “90 Day: The Single Life” premieres Monday, February 9 on TLC. Watch the trailer below.

  1. 90 Day is doing a poor job. This is yet another spinoff we’ll be avoiding. Been here, done this, glad they were finished. No one likes these people!! We want more new couples, not the same old losers!! Do you really think I will turn on the TV to watch Big Ed, Sophie, Colt, ugh.. Gino??? ALL LOSERS, all of them?? Would we want to know them in real life? No!! CHANGE THE FREAKING CHANNEL, 90 DAY!!

  2. Rinse…..lather…..repeat. Yawn. Is Gino EVER going away? With this many spin-offs,I’m sure 90 Day:Shady Grove Retirement Home Search for Love will be next. And why is Julia on this? Oy…….
