‘Teen Mom: Young & Pregnant’ Star Rachel Beaver Arrested for Public Intoxication After Strange Encounter with Cops (Exclusive Details)

“Well ding-dang it!”

Another Beaver has landed themselves behind bars.

Starcasm broke the news on Monday that Teen Mom: Young & Pregnant star Rachel Beaver had been arrested early Monday morning and charged with public intoxication. Rachel— who is now 23 years old and the mother of two children— delivered a good mugshot offering, featuring her signature pink hair and heavy eyeliner.

Rachel was booked into– and has since been release from— the Knox County Jail in Tennessee but according to The Ashley‘s sources, the events leading up to Rachel’s arrest are… downright strange.

“I reckon that if yer talkin’ about the Beavers, it’s probably gonna be strange…”

According to the source, Rachel was the one who actually called police early Monday morning to report a “domestic disturbance” at a Knoxville, Tennessee, gas station. (As you do…)

The Ashley has located a call for service on the county police’s call log, revealing that officers were sent to the gas station’s address for a “domestic trouble” call at 1:28 a.m.

The Ashley’s source claims that, once officers arrived at the gas station, they quickly figured out that there wasn’t a domestic disturbance happening. Rachel allegedly tried to explain why she called the cops on her friends, but the cops couldn’t quite understand, due to her alleged “slurred speech” and “erratic behavior.”

Obviously this statement does not apply to liquid eyeliner application OR alcohol consumption…

The source tells The Ashley that Rachel allegedly accused her friends of several serious crimes, but then allegedly started to cry and asked the cops for a ride home.

“Rachel’s friends offered to take her home but Rachel screamed that they were lying,” the source told The Ashley, adding that the cops tried to convince Rachel to go home with her friends.

“They even told her that if she didn’t go home, they were going to arrest her,” the source added.

When Rachel refused, cops took her into custody and booked her into Knox County Jail on a “public intoxication” charge. She was released on her own recognizance later that day.

A fine muggy offering by Rachel…

Luckily, Rachel had not been driving, as she allegedly admitted to cops that she had some shots, but that she didn’t think she was that drunk.

This is Rachel’s first arrest (to The Ashley’s knowledge). However, it is certainly not the first time a Beaver family member has been placed behind bars due to an alcohol-related offense. As The Ashley reported in October, Rachel’s sister Malorie— who appeared on ‘Young & Pregnant’ with Rachel throughout its run—was found guilty of her second DUI in September. She was booked into the McMinn County Jail on September 30 to serve her 45-day sentence. However, she was to “be released after 17 days to complete 28 days with outpatient treatment in lieu of serving complete 45-day sentence,” according to Starcasm.

Rachel and Malorie’s mom when she heard the news that one of her daughters had been arrested again….probably.

As of press time, Rachel, nor the rest of the Beaver clan, has commented publicly on Rachel’s run-in with the law.

  1. I can only imagine how much she drove the cops nuts by not letting them getting a word in edgewise.

I do hope we get the body cam footage though. 😂

  2. Forget Teen Mom, they just need their own show…call it “Who Wants This Beaver”!

  3. mind you this is the same girl who swears she broke the cycle 😂 when will the beavers finally admit they all have a drinking problem and can’t even blame it on stephanie anymore?

  4. Why doesn’t this girl have a role on TM?

She can replace– dealer’s choice, now– Amber, Cate (and Tyler), Maci, Leah, and/or Cheyenne.
