“90 Day Fiance” Stars Jasmine Pineda & Gino Palazzolo Settle Divorce; Jasmine Responds After Being Ordered to Pay Gino $20k in Spousal Support

“Pony up, Pineda!”

Jasmine Pineda and Gino Palazzolo‘s marriage has finally come to an end and, while Jasmine is no longer legally tied to Gino, her wallet will be for a long time to come.

Us Weekly broke the news on Friday that the “90 Day Fiance” stars had finalized their divorce. The judge in the case awarded each party one of their shared homes (Gino got the one in Michigan while Jasmine was given the Florida house). Jasmine, however, has been ordered to pay Gino $500 in spousal support every month for the next 40 months, starting July 1.

(Gino was also given the couple’s 2015 Ford Explorer and he and Jasmine will each get to keep the furniture and decor in the home they were awarded. They are each allowed to keep their own clothing, jewelry and personal items.)

“I’m just glad she didn’t get her mitts on any of my neat-o hats!”

In a statement made to Us Weekly, Gino’s lawyer claimed that Jasmine had tried to take more than she was entitled to from the marriage, and it backfired on her.

“My client is a super nice guy; he offered from the very beginning for each party to walk away keeping their own property,” Gino’s attorney stated. “She asked for money she was not entitled to, then attempted to default him in an out-of-state court, at which point my client was forced to defend himself. The end result [is] she’s paying my client money and he is not paying her one red cent.”

“…or one red hat!”

Jamine’s manager Dominique Enchinton told a different story, making it clear that Jasmine’s not thrilled with the idea of shelling out cash to her ex-husband for the next 3+ years, but agreed to the plan so she could be done with the marriage.

“Jasmine chose peace over prolonged litigation,” her manager told to Us Weekly. “She honored a settlement so she could close this chapter and focus on her children, her family and her future. Unfortunately, the continued public attacks have made it necessary to respond. The legal process has concluded, and the outcome speaks for itself. Jasmine is choosing to move forward with grace, dignity and purpose—not conflict. We are hopeful this chapter has finally come to a close.”

Both Jasmine’s manager and attorney promised that Jasmine would pursue legal action against Gino if he talks smack about her online.

“…but you better not say that, Gino!”

“A person’s reputation is invaluable,” her manager said. “Should false and defamatory statements continue, we are fully prepared to protect Jasmine’s rights through every appropriate legal avenue. We remain confident that the truth, supported by the facts, will continue to speak for itself.”

“My client has exercised remarkable restraint despite repeated public accusations that we believe are false and damaging,” Jasmine’s lawyer Andrew J. Tahmazian said in his own statement to the magazine. “The legal process has concluded, yet the public attacks have not. We are issuing a formal cease-and-desist demand, and if these defamatory statements continue, we are fully prepared to pursue every legal remedy available. Reputation has value, and the law provides recourse when false statements cause harm.”

Fans of the “90 Day Fiance” franchise have been watching Gino and Jasmine’s relationship evolve— and later explode— since they first appeared on ‘Before the 90 Days’ Season 5. They secretly tied the knot in June 2023 and went on to appear on “90 Day Fiance” Season 10, as well as “Happily Ever After?” and “Last Resort.” Jasmine (sorta) convinced Gino to have an open marriage, but went on to date (and have a baby with) her special “friend” Matt Branistareanu

“I mean, who hasn’t had a baby with a guy while married to someone else? Am I right?”

Gino filed for divorce from Jasmine in July 2025, stating that he and Jasmine had actually officially separated in April 2024. Jasmine went on to file for divorce from Gino in Florida in August 2025.

In a statement issued to TMZ on Saturday, Jasmine’s team noted that Jasmine has dealt with “intense public scrutiny and repeated accusations regarding her motives, her immigration status and her character” for years, with many fans accusing her of marrying Gino for money. The fact that Jasmine now has to pay Gino spousal support is telling, they say.

“After years of public claims that Jasmine was pursuing Gino for money, the legal resolution concluded with Jasmine providing financial support to Gino as part of the settlement,” Jasmine’s team said in the statement. “Jasmine believes that fact provides important context that had not previously been part of the public conversation.”

“I would like people to stop talking about Gino’s hat and start talking about the fact that I have money. Thanks.”

Jasmine has been chatty on Facebook about having to pay Gino— and about her future plans with Matt.

On Saturday, Jasmine reposted a comment she received on one of her many posts about the divorce made to Facebook that day.

“So, the divorce is final and you have to pay Gino, so much for your handsome attorneys,” one person wrote.

In response, Jasmine indicated that she will have no problem paying off the $20,000 she owes Gino, thanks to her OnlyFans income. (She posted what appears to be a screenshot of her OF earnings, which show she made over $19,000 in April and over $21,000 in March.)

“Don’t worry about my finances,” she told the person. “I do the whole thing in just one month in one of my exclusive platforms. Besos.”

Also on Saturday, Jasmine posted a loving photo of her and Matt, which she captioned, “I can’t wait to marry you.”

Just two days before, though, Jasmine was dramatically swearing off marriage in a post to Facebook. (It appears she had been— once again– fighting with Matt and airing their forever-dirty laundry all over The Interwebs once again.)

On Thursday, Jasmine wrote on Facebook that “marriage is one of the biggest scams I ever bought into– never again.”

“People keep asking me if I’d ever get married again. The answer is no. Even if you’re a multimillionaire,” she wrote.

Jasmine talking about getting married again…

“Yes, Matt proposed to me. And yes, I rejected him,” she continued. “I want to make sure he, his family, and the whole world understand[s] this: if he proposes to me a thousand times, I’ll reject him a thousand times. I’d rather have my own peace, my own money, my own house, and sleep diagonally in my bed than ever sign another marriage certificate.

“A ring doesn’t guarantee loyalty. It doesn’t guarantee respect. It doesn’t guarantee happiness. I’ve learned that protecting my peace is worth more than any wedding. If love finds me again, great. But another marriage? Absolutely not.”

Um…good luck with that, bro…

In yet another post on Saturday, Jasmine explained that, now that she’s divorced, she can work on getting her two other children to America. (Her sons Juance and JC are from previous relationships. They currently live in Jasmine’s native Panama.)

“Can you all just share my happiness. Money comes and goes!” she wrote. “For those who have followed my journey know this: be[ing] reunited with my children is worth every penny I own! And I promise I’m gonna keep you updated in all the process.”
