Prepare for turbulence– literally and figuratively speaking.
A new season of “90 Day Fiance: The Other Way” returns next month with seven geographically challenged couples willing to go the distance in the name of love.

This week, TLC announced the cast for Season 8 of ‘The Other Way,’ which viewers will be happy to know includes two fan-favorite couples from the “90 Day Fiance” franchise. Joining the returning pairs are five new couples ready to relocate in the hopes of making their relationships work. (Or, at the very least, a chance to appear on a few more spinoffs.)
Meet the new and returning couples of “90 Day Fiance: The Other Way” Season 8 below!
Kenny & Armando (St. Petersburg, Florida, & San Felipe, Mexico)
Making their return in the upcoming season are fan favorites Kenny and Armando, who made their TLC debut on Season 2 of ‘The Other Way.’
In the new season, viewers will watch as Kenny and Armando face one of their biggest challenges when Armando’s daughter, 14-year-old Hannah, experiences a terrifying health scare. Throughout the ordeal, their family is left on opposite sides of the border as Hannah fights for her life and doctors search for answers. Niles & Matilda (Mobile, Alabama, & Offinso, Ghana)
The second and final returning couple of the new season are Niles and Matilda, who made their TLC debut on “90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days” back in 2024. Niles and Matilda have now been married for two years, though they continue to live on opposite sides of the world due to ongoing visa issues. In an effort to close the distance– and get his marriage back on track– Niles is traveling to Ghana for his anniversary. Unbeknownst to Matilda, Niles isn’t just there for a visit, he’s planning to make Ghana his new home.
“I cannot keep hiding this secret from her,” Niles says in the Season 8 trailer.
Jonathan & Ally (Groton, Connecticut, & Woodlands, Singapore)
Jonathan, a divorced father who’s still shacking up with his ex-wife, is leaving his life in Connecticut behind to join his (very) pregnant girlfriend Ally in Singapore.
“I’m basically a nerdy mad scientist who somehow landed a hot girlfriend on the other side of the world,” Jonathan tells viewers in the new trailer.

While Ally is happy to begin her life with Jonathan, the couple’s fresh start isn’t without its flaws. In addition to Jonathan having little money saved and no job prospects, Ally’s devout Muslim parents have no idea that she’s expecting.
In the upcoming season, viewers will watch as the formerly long-distance duo work to build a life together and work up the courage to tell Ally’s parents their big news.
Michelle & Felix (Dallas, Texas, & Accra, Ghana)
Michelle is a single mom and self-described “hustler” who met preacher’s son Felix while traveling in West Africa. While Michelle believes Felix is the one, questions arise about their relationship, as well as Felix and his family’s intentions.
Despite mounting concerns, Michelle is leaving Dallas and moving to Ghana, determined to prove that love is worth the risk.
Zuri & Ben (Fairfield, Connecticut, & Nancy, France)
Zuri fell for her French boyfriend Ben while studying abroad in the United Kingdom. She went on to relocate to France so the two could begin a life together, however, things quickly fell apart. While Ben continues to question whether or not Zuri can adapt to life in his country, Zuri is giving it one last try.
In the upcoming season, Zuri will have to navigate Ben’s judgmental friend group, as well as her growing concerns about a woman Ben connected with during their brief time apart.
Jessy & Vittorio (Bronx, New York, & Florence, Italy)
Jessy, a pageant queen from the Bronx, has a history of picking the wrong man; however, she’s hoping she finally got it right with Vittorio, a “charming fashion industry insider.”
“In a perfect world, I would have loved to find my man in the Bronx, but unfortunately, he’s on another continent,” Jessy says in the trailer.

After taking a leap of faith and relocating to Italy, Jessy begins to second guess the man she fell for– a man whom she’s yet to have sex with, despite the two being in a relationship for more than year.
In addition to Vittorio’s family doubting the pair’s connection, Jessy and Vittorio are keeping secrets from each other that may ruin what they hoped would be a fairytale romance.
Andi & Nigel (Nashville, Tennessee, & Brisbane, Australia)
Rounding out the cast of the upcoming season is Andi, a musician who’s putting her successful career on hold to start a new life with her Australian boyfriend Nigel. While Andi thrives on ambition and structure, Nigel is laid-back and has very few long-term commitments. In addition to their contrasting lifestyles, Andi and Nigel have different ideas of what an “ethical non-monogamous relationship” looks like, with the two also struggling to see eye to eye on topics like children and fertility.
“I don’t want to spend my whole life trying to make somebody into what I want them to be,” an emotional Andi says in the trailer.
The new season of “90 Day Fiance: The Other Way” premieres Sunday, October 4 on TLC. Watch the Season 8 trailer below.
