Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor’s newly agreed upon custody deal for their four-year-old son Cruz includes a number of restrictions, including one that forbids either of ‘The Valley’ stars from being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs while Cruz is in their care.
