Kristin Cavallari Announces She’s Returning to TV; Kristin’s Best Friend Justin Anderson Will Reportedly Appear on New Show with Kristin

“Time to get this Jay-less show on the road.”

It looks like Kristin Cavallari isn’t “dunzo” with reality TV after all…

The former star of Laguna Beach and The Hills announced last summer that she was saying goodbye to her E! reality show Very Cavallari after three seasons; however, this week she took to social media to let her fans know another show is in the works.

Kristin shared the news on Instagram with a photo of herself and best friend Justin Anderson, in which a camera crew could be seen in the distance.

“It was only a matter of time,” she captioned the post.

On Instagram Stories, Kristin posted several photos showing her and Justin filming in her kitchen.

“Cameras back in my house! What what?” she captioned one photo.

A source close to Kristin told Us Weekly a new show is happening, though it won’t be “based on [Kristin’s] life per se, but on something else.”

“Her best friend Justin will be in the new show as well,” the source added. “Details will be revealed at a later time.”

As The Ashley previously told you, Kristin’s former co-stars had been pushing for the Uncommon James designer to return to ‘The Hills’ full-time– via The Hills: New Beginnings– following Kristin’s split from husband Jay Cutler and the end of ‘Very Cavallari.’

“Ya can’t blame a fame-hungry guy for trying!”

While Kristin did make an appearance on ‘The Hills’ reboot earlier this year, she did not join the show as a full-time cast member.
