Idk how some of y’all watch these 1000 pound shows. It’s so exploitive and disturbing. It’s easy to lose weight in rehab or hospital or what have you because you’re not able to go to the gas station and buy the family size bag of cheetoes or get the value meal at Burger King. Real world vices are the easiest way to relapse and unlearn everything you were taught in rehab. To have a camera in your face on top of that? Awful.
If you watched the shows you would know that it’s quite easy for them to maintain their weights in hospital/rehab. Their families bring them food often and they also order a lot of take-out.
Way to go Tammy????? You have a great family who love you and support you.
