Mariposa might be making a comeback.
In the wake of the recent Scandoval, People reports that former Vanderpump Rules star Kristen Doute is considering a return to the Bravo series.
As ‘VPR’ fans may recall, Kristen was fired from the show in June 2020 (along with Stassi Schroeder) for a racially charged incident involving former co-star Faith Stowers. However, after it was revealed last week that Kristen’s ex-boyfriend Tom Sandoval cheated on his longtime girlfriend Ariana Madix by engaging in a months-long affair with co-star Raquel Leviss, Kristen has been tapped to share her insight on-camera.
“’Vanderpump Rules’ producers have approached Kristen to come back on the show to talk about this,” a source told People. “She’s had her fair share of ups and downs with Sandoval over the years, but right now she’s completely supporting Ariana.”
(During their longterm relationship, Sandoval was rumored to have cheated on Kristen with Ariana, and Kristen admitted to cheating on Sandoval with Jax Taylor, former ‘VPR’ cast member and one of Sandoval’s close friends at the time.)
Kristen made her support for Ariana known on social media last week by declaring she was “Team Ariana” in an Instagram post she made after the news of Sandoval and Raquel’s affair broke.
Kristen also posted a video taken from inside of Ariana and Sandoval’s Valley Village home Friday afternoon, in which she and Ariana hugged and kissed each other.
“I stan Ariana,” Kristen said in the video, noting that they were recording “in real time.”
“I love her so much,” she added.
Though Kristen hasn’t appeared on ‘VPR’ since Season 8 and has “put the show behind her,” she’s reportedly considering the offer to return, but only if Ariana is OK with the idea.
“It’ll depend if Ariana wants her to do it and is comfortable as that’s the only way she would ever go back on the show,” the source claimed. “It’s a conversation she and Ariana are having right now. The girls have all been spending time with Ariana.”

This isn’t Kritter’s decision to return. She was fired along with Stazi Nazi for lying to the police that Faith, who is black, was the person in the video stealing.

Exactly! She’d only return ‘if Ariana were ok with it’ means she’s desperate to return but is already prepping for what she’ll say when she doesn’t. ‘Ariana not being ok with it’ is a less pathetic reason for not returning than ‘oops that’s right I got fired for doing something stunningly mean-spirited and racist and they don’t want me back.’
Cause none of other girls will film with Rachel and don’t think kristen should either. Put this hoe on island let her sit there. Fire her ass
