A week after appearing together on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Scheana Shay and Raquel Leviss are officially– and now, legally– on the outs.
According to TMZ, Raquel filed a restraining order against Scheana on Tuesday, just days after her months-long affair with co-star Tom Sandoval was revealed.

As fans of ‘VPR’ know, Scheana is best friends with Ariana Madix, who had been dating Sandoval for nearly a decade until she discovered his affair with Raquel last week.
While it’s unclear if a judge has granted Raquel’s restraining order request– or what she is alleging that Scheana did to her– the filing comes on the heels of rumors that Scheana got physical with Raquel after finding out about the Scandoval on Wednesday. (This allegedly went down after Scheana and Raquel filmed ‘WWHL’ in New York.)
This isn’t the first time Raquel has taken a legal action since her affair with Sandoval was revealed…
As The Ashley previously told you, Ariana allegedly found out about Sandoval and Raquel’s secret relationship after discovering sexually explicit texts and seeing a damning (and NSFW) recording of a FaceTime call between the two on Sandoval’s phone. On Monday, Raquel’s attorneys stepped in to warn others about sharing the footage, issuing several letters to ‘VPR’ cast members informing them that the recording of their client “was done illegally without Raquel’s knowledge or consent.”

The attorneys cited a revenge p0rn law in the California penal code that outlaws “nonconsensual p0rnography,” making it a crime to invade someone’s privacy and distribute such material. (The letter does not specifically accuse Sandoval of illegally recording the FaceTime conversation with Raquel, but sources who have seen the video told TMZ that Sandoval and Raquel are the only two individuals seen on the FaceTime call.)
Cast member Lala Kent took to social media Tuesday to criticize the fact that she and her cast mates were contacted by Raquel’s attorney by personal email instead of through their respective counsel.
“Raquel, tell your little Mickey Mouse lawyer that if he has stuff to send over, he can send things to my lawyer, same with the rest of my friends and cast, all right?” Lala stated in a since-deleted Instagram Story.
