HGTV Announces Season 2 of ‘The Flipping El Moussas’ Will Premiere In Early 2024: Get Details!

“We’re back for another flipping season!”

There’s more house-flipping in store for Tarek El Moussa and his wife Heather Rae El Moussa. 

HGTV announced this week that it has picked up an expanded second season of the couple’s “follow-doc series,” The Flipping El Moussas, increasing the order to 14 hour-long episodes.  

“The new season will find Tarek and Heather Rae taking risks in the Southern California housing market and adjusting to life with a newborn,” Loren Ruch, Head of Content for HGTV, stated in a press release from the network. “They will have more to juggle than ever before, bringing their millions of loyal fans who have followed their journey from the beginning along for the ride.” 

Heather shared her excitement about the news of Season 2 Wednesday on Instagram, promising fans an “even bigger & BETTER season” than before. 

“ … The homes we’re flipping are crazier, we’re taking more risks, we’re being even more hands on with the design of each flip, we’re balancing our businesses with the kids and our newborn baby, and we’re bringing you along for the journey for ALL of the good, bad or ugly,” she wrote.  

As The Ashley previously told you, Tarek–- former co-host of HGTV’s Flip or Flop–- and Heather– who previously starred on Netflix’s Selling Sunsetwelcomed their first child together in February. Tarek is also a dad to two children whom he shares with ex-wife/former co-host, Christina Hall.

Season 1 of Tarek and Heather’s show premiered in March, with the eighth and final episode of the season airing on April 27. Viewers can stream the first season in its entirety on Max.

Season 2 of ‘The Flipping El Moussas’ is slated to premiere in early 2024.
