It’s going to be another girl for Lala Kent!
The Vanderpump Rules star announced on Amazon Live on Tuesday that the baby she is currently pregnant with is a girl. Lala– who announced her second pregnancy last month on her podcast— told her Amazon Live viewers that she had no part in choosing her baby’s sex.
“I did not pick the gender because I did IUI [Intrauterine insemination], which is where my eggs stay inside my body,” she said. “I went to a doctor, they put a little tube up there with the goods and I get what I get, so I didn’t get embryos created like they do with IVF [in vitro fertilization].”
Lala— who is fighting a nasty custody battle with her baby daddy/ex Randall Emmett over their daughter Ocean— has been open about wanting to have another child but not wanting a man involved this time around. During an interview on Scheana Shay‘s Scheananigans podcast in November 2022, Lala made it clear that her plans were to use a sperm donor for Baby No. 2.
“I will not even attempt to try and do it a different way. I don’t want another person involved,” she said. “There’s such a high chance of it not working out, especially where we live. I’m not taking the chance. Like, I am so scarred from all of this s**t that has happened in my life [with Randall].”
After announcing the news on Amazon Live, Lala posted a video from her private gender reveal party, where she first learned the baby’s gender.

Lala recently told her Instagram followers that Baby No. 2’s name will begin with an “S,” but she did not reveal the name she’s actually chosen. (She previously mentioned the names Rampage, Snow, Mighty, and Lion as names she was considering.)
“I never had a baby shower. It’s usually a baby shower, then a baby sprinkle for your second. But because I’ve never had one, I’m actually doing a baby monsoon,” Lala said. “My mom and Stassi [Schroeder] are going to be planning it. I want zero gifts. I want to just have a charity of choice that if people want to do something, they can give to that charity.
“I just want people to show up on a fabulous rooftop, have some cocktails and mocktails and celebrate this little life that is about to come into the world. I’m very excited.”

Really can’t stand whorewhore at all. Watched some reruns yesterday and she was so volatile to Billie Lee and Raquel in public at Sur, then proceeded to lie to Lisa and claim she really did nothing wrong. But I will give her props to having no gifts and a charity to donate to. That’s a nice thing to do
