Todd Chrisley is firing back (again) at claims that he is gay and that he previously had an affair with his former business partner, Mark Braddock.
During a recent appearance on Kandi Burrus’ Speak On It YouTube show, the former Chrisley Knows Best star was asked about the rumors involving himself and Mark, to which he recalled the moment his attorney confronted him about Mark’s claims.
“I said, ‘Well, let’s just be very clear, if I had f**ked him once, he’d have come back for seconds,’” Todd told the Real Housewives of Atlanta star, referring to Mark’s allegations that he and Todd had an intimate affair with one another.
“He said it was a one-time thing, [he] thinks it was an experiment,” Todd continued, as reported by Page Six. “You ain’t experimenting on sh*t! You know what you’re doing. I don’t need to experiment giving head. If I wanted to give head, I’d give head.”
As The Ashley previously reported, allegations about Todd’s sexuality ramped up in May 2022 when Mark testified in Todd and wife Julie Chrisley’s federal fraud case that he and Todd had been blackmailed for $38,000 by an anonymous individual who threatened to expose their alleged year-long intimate affair.
Mark is also the individual who tipped off the FBI about Todd and Julie, who were convicted of tax evasion and bank fraud crimes in June 2022, with Todd going on to receive a 12 year sentence and Julie getting a seven-year sentence. The pair have since been released from prison after receiving a full pardon from President Donald Trump in May.
Before Todd (and Julie) reported to prison in 2023, Todd spoke about Mark’s claims on his Chrisley Confessionals podcast, telling listeners that while the “gay rumor” has never bothered him, Mark’s inclusion in said rumor certainly did.
“ … the thing that’s insulted me the most is that out of all these 54 years, for me to finally be accused of being with a man, and it would be someone that looked like Mark Braddock,” he said. “I mean, a toad. I mean, someone who looks like a thumb. I mean, somebody who says he’s only had sex with his wife and me.”
At the time, Todd also assured his son Chase Chrisley– who was lucky enough to be a guest on this particular episode of Chrisley Confessionals– that while many people “have been dickmatized by your daddy,” Mark’s claims were nothing but “wishful thinking.”
“That’s the most insulting thing,” Todd told Chase. “If George Clooney had gone out here, or Brad Pitt [had] gone out here and said, ‘I had a dick down with Todd Chrisley,’ I’m not gonna be as embarrassed by it. But to say that it was someone who looked like him, somebody that was a thief … .”
Todd also insisted to listeners that he’s not insulted if people believe he’s gay, but is insulted if people believe he “couldn’t pull something better than that.”

So I don’t follow this show or these people but I have always thought he swings at least both ways. What I want to know is were they guilty?

This is without a doubt a clearly homosexual man.. lots of men pretend to be straight and are really gay.. it’s more common than you know, I discovered this world due to marrying someone involved in it.. it’s very real this is a gay man 100%
Absolutely. Julie is Todd’s “beard.” I’ve met men who are a bit more feminine than most, but Todd is gay as the day is long. Look at Bruce Jenner. Nothing about him would have ever led anyone to think he was going to transition to a woman. I don’t particularly care what people do as long as it doesn’t hurt anyone. I just can’t imagine being gay and living as a total fake.
My god he is so lost in his own closet. I believe the allegations cause all he had to do to get more leverage against the tax evasion charges was admit that the guy was right and was using it to blackmail him, but he couldn’t even do that. Todd, straight dudes aren’t lining up at your door, and neither are the straight women! Just out yourself already!

I think he’s a smarmy felon pardoned by a snake in the grass but his sexuality is his business. Outing people as revenge is undignified.
Except Mark didn’t actually out him, this information about his sexuality has been around for decades. It’s nothing new and Todd outed his own self years and years ago (which is why he says it doesn’t bother him when people say he’s gay, because he knows he is!). The only thing Mark did was admit to being one of his sexual partners.
Todd is just acting like a salty bitch pretending he’s “too good to have slept with that man” the same way all other salty bitches act when they get caught with their pants down around their ankles after giving everyone at the party a turn. “I’d never fuck that man”, sure Jan, sure, your legs tell a different story!
