Cory Wharton Fires Back at People Online for Comparing His Daughters’ Looks; Baby Mamas Cheyenne Floyd & Taylor Selfridge Also Respond

Let’s focus less on Cory’s kids and more on the fact that Cory has yet to become a ‘Challenge’ champ. (Just sayin’…)

Cory Wharton took to social media this week to address those who comment on– and often compare– the appearance of his three daughters, claiming that those who participate in this sort of commentary are “weirdos.” Cory’s baby mamas also weighed in on the topic of people comparing the girls’ looks.

As Teen Mom fans know, Cory shares daughter Ryder with Cheyenne Floyd and daughters Mila and Maya with girlfriend Taylor Selfridge. (Cheyenne also shares son Ace with husband Zach Davis and is currently expecting her third child.)

While Cory, Cheyenne and Taylor have always posted their children on social media, a recent video that Cory posted allegedly garnered more distasteful comments than usual, with some even accusing The Challenge star of playing favorites among his trio of daughters. On Tuesday, Cory took to X to fire back at the crude comments, stating that all of his daughters “are beautiful.”

“ … Sad that I even have to address this [for real],” Cory wrote. “I’m over here with a pack of Skittles, just because you don’t like the yellow one doesn’t make it any more worse than the red. The ppl judging my kids I hope GOD SHOWS U UGLY.”

Cory later went on to post a video to TikTok addressing the topic further, in which he also included some pointed remarks at the “weirdos” who comment on his children and the way they look.

“I do wanna address something I saw online, people talking about the way my kids look,” Cory said. “Listen, I saw a lot of people like, comment about a video I did and I said, ‘Ryder’s gorgeous, Mila, you’re pretty, too,’ like, me playing favorites … I’m gonna need you guys to go outside and touch some grass.”

Cory said that while people can attack him on social media all they want, no one needs to “come for” his kids.

“Anybody commenting about the way kids look is evil,” he said. “I wish them nothing but the worst.”

Cory went on to describe his “three beautiful daughters” as “a pack of Skittles”– as he did earlier on X– while asking people not to compare or pick “favorites” when it comes to his children.

Taylor also took to social media to weigh in on the inappropriate comments made on social media about Ryder, Mila or Maya, claiming that it’s one of the only things that really gets to her.

“Nothing bothers me really, unless you’re talking negatively about one of the kids,” Taylor said. “Like, it really rubs me the wrong way.”

Taylor said she assumes that the people who leave these comments on social media must not have children of their own, as she can’t imagine a parent saying these things about someone else’s kids.

“ … It’s so weird,” she said. “People are f**king weird though … .”

Taylor noted that whenever she’s sees comments discussing any of the children in a negative way, she immediately blocks people; however, she still wonders why some people choose to leave these comments to begin with.

“ … Some of the comments that we all get, I’m just like, what is even happening?” Taylor said. “Like, who are these people, ya know?”

Cheyenne also weighed in on the issue on social media, though her response was mainly directed at Cory and the initial video he posted that had seemingly invited people online to “compare” his daughters’ looks.

“Should Cory make videos like that? That’s up for debate,” Cheyenne said. “But do I have the time, or the will, or the care to debate about it? Not at all.

“So everyone asking if I thought it was appropriate or if I said something to him about it, no I didn’t, [because] not everything has to be some huge sit down and ‘let’s talk about what you did wrong here,’” she added.

  1. These poor kids……. TM seems to be more about how many bastard children these guys make, and the dumb women who go along with it.

  2. Maybe I’m slow, but what exactly are people on about? They look like three little kids to me, I don’t notice anything unusual.

  3. All the girls look so different, but they are all beautiful. I don’t like Corey much, but he is right that no one needs to be talking negatively about a child’s looks.

      1. Wrong, she was 16 when they got together (he was 18), she got pregnant at 17 (he was 19) and she had Leah at 18 (Gary was 20).

I remember because I thought “why is an 18 year old on a show called 16 and Pregnant?”

  4. Commenting on someone’s looks has always been present unfortunately, even before social media. That’s why I still don’t have the confidence in my looks even now in adulthood. It affects a child greatly so people need to just STFU.

  5. You think that’s bad go watch the videos on tik tok of a woman and her 2 children being attack by young children from a elementary school. This world is getting worse and all I can is protect ya kids from the internet and from outsiders cause they coming for them any which way. Im jus glad mines are not young anymore. But ya’ll got tight village so you guys should be good with the 4 of ya’ll. Stay blessed and good luck on all ya’ll future endeavors.

  6. cory’s stupid and annoying but regardless what we think of him for once he was right here because you people are MAD weird about this! just because they share their life so publicly does not give anyone a right to talk about kids that way especially their looks and if you feel like you’re entitled to that then you ARE the problem and need to seek help

  7. That’s really heartbreaking that people would say things like that. To not only pick on little kids, but a child who has faced serious adversity. All of those kids are absolutely adorable- full stop. I’m not a Corey or Cheyenne fan- but they all have really cute kids and I’m really sorry to hear that people can be so hateful towards those precious children.
