Seeking Sister Wife star Lorrana Merrifield took to social media over the weekend with a series of alarming videos and posts, just months after reuniting with husband Garrick, who was arrested for domestic violence against her in November.
As fans of ‘Seeking Sister Wife’ know, Lorrana became Garrick’s second wife last year and the two went on to welcome a daughter in July. Months after Garrick, Lorrana, and Garrick’s first wife, Dannielle, (who has three kids with Garrick) shared their baby news with fans on social media, Garrick was arrested in November in Colorado for obstruction of telephone services and domestic violence against Lorrana.
While Lorrana publicly confirmed in January that she had forgiven Garrick and claimed that they were “moving forward” in the new year, her recent social media activity suggests that things among the plural family may once again amiss.
Over the weekend, Lorrana set a concerning scene while on Instagram Live, with the TLC star seen sitting on the floor in front of a closed door at one point, just moments after appearing to exchange words with a female on the other side of said door. Lorrana eventually stood up, walked downstairs and sat on a bed. While she kept the camera pointed towards the bed and did not speak in much of the video, Lorrana made multiple comments in the chat and could be heard crying.
In one of the comments– which was written in Portuguese– Lorrana claimed that, “they want to take my daughter away from me.”
“Well, if anything happens to me, know that they are trying to take my daughter away from me,” she wrote in another comment that The Ashley transcribed from Portuguese.
Lorrana also took to her Instagram Story to inform followers that she needed to “communicate something” to them, before insisting that she was telling the truth about her current situation.
“I’m not crazy or mak[ing] things up!!!” Lorrana claimed.
Lorrana also posted the following quote on Saturday that some speculated was in reference to the discourse within her marriage.
“Seek no vengeance, for on Judgment Day, God will ask what you did with the family. He entrusted to your hands.”
As The Ashley previously told you, while appearing in court for a plea hearing and sentencing in January, Garrick was sentenced to complete a six-week “domestic conflict” class, with his case to be dismissed upon completion of the classes. During the hearing, the judge also approved Garrick’s request to move from Colorado to California.
Meanwhile, Garrick’s next court hearing is scheduled to be a virtual hearing on March 31.
Currently, Lorrana is no longer following Garrick or Dannielle on social media, and Garrick and Dannielle have seemingly unfollowed Lorrana, as well.

The Merrifields are manipulative to say the least. I don’t doubt her because in that house Garrick is God. Dannielle and Lorrana are expected to fall in line with whatever delusional command that Garrick gives.
With the current ICE situation I’m sure Garrick and Dannielle are making many threats to Lorrana including taking her baby which may have been the plan all along.
