A new docuseries is about to expose the behind-the-scenes secrets of MTV‘s groundbreaking reality show 16 and Pregnant and— The Ashley is set to appear in it!
The Ashley is excited to announce that an episode of Hollywood Demons Season 2— which will begin airing next month on Investigation Discovery (ID), as well as HBO Max— will cover “16 and Pregnant” in-depth, revealing what was going on during filming, as well as what has become of the girls from the show in the decade-plus since they appeared on MTV.
The episode will be called “Surviving ’16 and Pregnant'” and is set to air on May 18.
“Expecting teens met unexpected backlash after appearing on the controversial MTV show, ’16 and Pregnant,'” a press release for the series reads. “Sixteen years since the show’s debut, cast members open up about the struggles they faced in its wake, including homelessness, addiction, an FBI raid, and insinuations of murder.”
In the trailer for Season 2 (which also features episodes on Saved by the Bell, The Jerry Springer Show, child stars gone wild and the death of actor Matthew Perry) two girls from “16 and Pregnant” are shown: Season 3’s Danielle Cunningham and Season 5’s Aleah LeBeouf.
In the trailer, Aleah can be heard stating that, “After ’16 and Pregnant,’ I’ve been homeless.”

(Aleah is best remembered for being the girl with Type 1 diabetes who was already acting as a stepmom to a child her baby daddy already had by the time she became pregnant with their son Peyton.)
The docuseries will also feature interviews with many of the girls who appeared on “16 and Pregnant” over its six seasons, as well as Dr. Drew Pinsky, who hosted the “Life After Labor” Reunions for every season of “16 and Pregnant,” as well as for the Teen Mom shows.

“The public tends to think fame will solve problems,” Dr. Drew says in the trailer. “It makes them worse.”
Other girls who have confirmed via social media to be appearing on the series including Season 5’s Karley Deatherage and Hope Harbert of Season 4.
The docuseries is not associated with MTV and is produced by the same company that put out Amy Bradley is Missing in 2025, as well as Chris Brown: A History of Violence.

Episodes will begin airing April 20.

I hope they touch on Jordan, Valerie and Autumn in the docu series
It would be an absolute shame for them to not mention them
