Falen Vaughn, mother of Season 7 Unexpected star Bella Vaughn, was reportedly arrested in Arkansas Monday night after allegedly putting her hands on a police officer following an argument outside of the home of Bella’s baby daddy Hunter Johnson’s father.
In a video posted to TikTok by @MichelleAnnXO, the 39-year-old grandmother is seen sitting in the middle of a street as a police officer cuffs her and proceeds to walk her to his police car.
As Falen is being apprehended, her husband, Kris Vaughn, can be seen standing off to the side before appearing to get into his truck, with Hunter and Bella also standing/sitting nearby and watching the scene unfold.
At one point in the clip, Falen addresses a seemingly emotional Hunter, telling the 14-year-old dad, “Hunter, it’s OK baby, calm down.”
She does not appear to address Bella or Kris in the video, though.
Falen’s not-so-unexpected trip to jail, according to @michelleannxo, occurred after Hunter’s mom, Stacie Riddle, and Hunter’s stepmom, Brettney Johnson, allegedly got into an argument earlier in the day over Stacie “refusing” to allow Hunter to ride with a family friend to his dad Casey Johnson’s home after baseball practice, as Casey and Brettney’s work schedules did not allow them to pick up Hunter themselves. Instead, Stacie reportedly picked up Hunter, despite it being Casey’s parenting time.
As a result, Hunter’s dad and stepmom contacted police, who then instructed Stacie to bring Hunter to his dad’s home, which Stacie did. According to the videos and info obtained by @Michelleannxo, Hunter’s stepmom refused to allow Hunter to bring the cellphone Falen pays for (and tracks Hunter with) into their home. This apparently made Hunter angry, and eventually Stacie returned and got into it with Hunter’s stepmom Brettney.
Shortly after, Falen pulled up, as did Stacie’s husband Clay and Bella’s dad Kris Vaughn. (Bella and her son Wes were apparently already in the car with Stacie at this time.)
Amid the family dispute, Falen allegedly put her hands on at least one of the police officers “multiple times” and was “shoving them” in an attempt to get to Hunter’s stepmom, which is what led to her being arrested for disorderly conduct and obstructing governmental operations.
According to records obtained by The Ashley, Falen posted bond ($220 for each charge, so a total of $440) and was released later Monday night.
Falen’s arrest comes on the heels of Casey preparing to battle Stacie, as well as Falen, in court for custody of both Hunter and Wes, on claims that Stacie and Bella’s parents have created an “unstable and unwholesome environment” for Hunter.
Despite Casey and Stacie having 50/50 temporary custody of Hunter, Casey is now seeking full custody of his teen son. Additionally, he asked a judge earlier this month to ban Hunter from being around the Vaughns unless he is present to supervise. Casey is also suing Falen for custody of their grandson, Wes.
According to court documents, Falen is scheduled to appear in court on June 8 for a plea and arraignment hearing.

UPDATE 1: According to the Affidavit of Probable Cause completed by the officer who arrested Falen— which has been obtained by The Ashley— cops were dispatched to Hunter’s dad’s home for a call about “disorderly conduct.”
The APC confirms that cops were already at the home to deal with Stacie and Hunter’s stepmom having a confrontation when Falen & Co. rolled up to the home.

“I had already separated the other parties and was attempting to gain information when Falen Vaughn arrived,” the officer wrote. “After speaking to her and attempting to gain her information, Falen Vaughn’s husband [Kris] Vaughn arrived and was approaching Cpl. Stephenson in what appeared to be an agitated state. I gave Falen a lawful command to stay back. Falen did not heed my command and began quickly walking toward [Kris] Vaughn and Cpl. Stephenson.”
The officer wrote that he grabbed Falen’s arms and again ordered her to stop.
“Falen did not stop and tried to pull away from me multiple times,” the officer wrote. “At that time, due to an officer safety concern of [Kris] Vaughn and the fact that he appeared to be agitated, and Falen’s refusal to follow my commands, I gained control of her and brought her to the ground where I placed her under arrest.”
Kris was not arrested, and can be seen in the video posted to TikTok by @MichelleannXO driving away from the scene after Falen is arrested.
UPDATE 2: Isabella Leal-Stone— who stars on Season 7 of ‘Unexpected’ with Falen and Bella— took to TikTok after the news of Falen’s arrest went public. Isabella has made it clear in the past that she’s no fan of Falen, and on Tuesday gave her thoughts on Falen’s arrest, stating that it’s weird that Falen goes “this hard” for her daughter’s boyfriend Hunter.
“Go this hard behind your kid, not your kid’s baby daddy! You’ve just got it all wrong,” Isabella said. “You’re supposed to go this hard behind your daughter. If this had something to do with your daughter then I would understand. But no. They took Hunter’s phone. That’s why [Falen & Co.] pulled up, four cars deep at the house.
“I personally think that ‘Unexpected’ Season 7 has the craziest cast, including me. But I’m not crazy; I’m levelheaded,” she continued. “But this is just bizarre. Who’s next?”

all the adults except hunter’s dad and stepmom made this entire situation way more complicated than it needed to be now it’s falen’s dumb@ss fault for making it worse on their part and giving casey what he wants but of course none of this is their fault right?
Little late for “Dad” to step in now! You can’t tell me that he was around and didn’t have a clue this was going on! No, he was off playing house with the new wife, now he’s mad because he looks like an ass for not being around. Bella may be young, but from the latest videos I’ve seen, she’s a good Momma. Casey needs to worry about his own kids!

It’s weird and creepy how involved Falon is with Hunter. He isn’t her kid! Why is she giving a 14 year old a cell phone without his parent’s permission and against their wishes? Why is she getting involved in the custody battle between his parents? Her behavior is very concerning. She needs to be looked into by the police.
Also, she’s very lucky she’s not dead or facing more serious charges. People have been shot and killed by police for far less.
They need to review the contents of that phone, i hope his lawyer subpoenas it directly from the carrier. Something is WRONG with this setup, it stinks seven ways til sunday.

Well, that just made Casey’s lawyer’s job so much easier. This just further proves that Falen has an incredibly inappropriate relationship with Hunter and that Stacie encourages it. First Stacie interferes with Casey’s parenting time and then she brings Falen and crew to cause a scene in another attempt to alienate Hunter from his dad. These morons just can’t even help themselves. They can’t even be on their best behavior during the custody case because they’re that trashy.
