One day after Ryan Edwards called the cops on his wife Amanda Conner, leading to her arrest Sunday for DUI, child abuse and more, the wife of the “Teen Mom” star has now called the police on him.
The Hamilton County Sheriff’s dispatch was alerted about a call made to police by Amanda around 6 a.m. Monday morning. (Social media creator @ReiClarke was the first to find and release the audio of the dispatch call.)
According to the call notes, the caller [Amanda] “wants to get her belongings from her husband, stating that he has a history of physical abuse towards [her].”
In the actual audio, the dispatcher can be heard stating that the first name of the (allegedly) abusive husband is Ryan. The Ashley has confirmed that the home address that cops were sent to is, indeed, the home of Ryan and Amanda.

This marks the first time that Amanda has publicly accused Ryan of physical abuse.
As of press time, neither Ryan nor Amanda appear to have been arrested on Monday.
While Amanda had never previously publicly stated that Ryan has been physical abusive to her, this is not the first time it’s been alleged that Ryan has gotten violent with Amanda. Earlier this month Rei Clarke admitted during an online spat with Ryan and Amanda that Amanda had previously sent her a few photos in which Amanda was sporting a black eye and that Amanda had told her that Ryan had been the one who gave her the black eye.
In addition, Ryan’s ex-wife Mackenzie has also accused Ryan of domestic violence numerous times. In a petition filed in 2024 for a protective order (which was eventually granted), Mackenzie stated that Ryan repeatedly got violent with her and made threats against her, sometimes in front of their children. She also accused Ryan of throwing her down, threatening her with weapons, slamming her against a wall, throwing nicotine in her eyes, and committing other violent acts.
The latest call to police comes just hours after Amanda was spotted at a local gas station with Ryan, sporting Hamilton County Tennessee’s finest accessory– an ankle bracelet!
As The Ashley told you, Amanda was arrested on Sunday after Ryan called the police on her for fleeing in a car with their daughter Presley while Ryan suspected Amanda was under the influence of drugs. Amanda— who has insisted for months that she is sober despite bizarre behavior— had also not slept for two days, according to Ryan, when she was finally apprehended by cops.
After news of Amanda’s arrest went public, Ryan— who rarely posts to social media— made a telling Facebook post, hinting that having to deal with Amanda’s alleged relapse and legal trouble may be his “karma,” seemingly due to what he’s put his family through with his own legal and drug issues.
“I will NOT be answering any questions,” Ryan wrote. “Please keep us in your prayers.”
When a friend responded that Ryan didn’t need to explain anything, Ryan wrote that, “All I’ll say is this might be my karma!”
Although Ryan called the police on Amanda, The Ashley hears (but hasn’t been able to 100% yet) that Ryan was the person who bailed her out of the clink on Sunday. Later that night, Amanda and Ryan were seen walking together in the parking lot of a local gas station, with Amanda sporting her court-ordered ankle monitor.
(As The Ashley told you previously, the conditions for Amanda’s release stated that she must wear the electronic monitoring system and not have any contact with her daughter Presley until at least her court date.)

Never understood why everyone loved these two so much. Of course, you hope they stayed clean for their children’s sales, but who did not see this coming. They were in what – 30 day rehab and met there? Two addicts barely sober having a baby and still drinking? While the timing may be suspicious to some, Rhine has a history of abusive behavior. Never liked Mack, but what he did to their home was very telling. I have an good friend who hooked up with some guy she met in rehab. They spiraled together once one fell off the wagon. Its sad, but the only ones I feel for are the children.
Where is Maci defending this pair of POS? I hope Mackenzie keeps her kids very far from this two disgusting, violent junkies

Not saying she’s lying. But I always take these sort of claims with a grain of salt if they’re made in the way she did. Always odd to me when a woman calls out abuse AFTER the negative spotlight has been put onto her. I also don’t feel for one second like Amanda is the kind of woman who would take a man’s abuse. Let’s be for real here. Could I see her assaulting him first and him reacting second? Yes. Could I see him being abusive toward Maci or Mac? Yes. Could I see a female like Amanda taking crap like that? No. Not at all.

Listen…I think Ryan’s a piece of work after what he did to mackenzie’s house, so I’ll always believe he’s capable of abuse but find the timing of this to be highly suspect. Is he sober and abusive or is she that petty to get him in trouble for calling on her. Seeing how she’s been, I’m leaning towards she’s that petty. Like ryan said, he’s earning that karma back now. No hes been getting high too. He was talking to other females and she found out started drinking and getting emotional and im sure she gets in his face and he just goes nuts. I’m not a fan of Mackinze but it made me mad that everyone defended Ryan when he trashed her house and threatened her. Maci at one point even had a protection order against him for his threats. Everyone kept saying oh Amanda got the best version of him and she knows how to take care of him, and he’s never been held accountable for his actions. Now everyone is praising him for calling the cops on Amanda, which was the right thing, but he still not being held accountable for his actions. He obviously has anger/temper issues and blaming the women he is with isn’t working. They both have deep issues that they need to work on separately and this is why them getting together in court ordered rehab was a bad idea. I feel bad for all of the children involved

Amanda has two kids, neither of them have good parents. Ryan isn’t any better at being a parent to any of his kids than Amanda is. They’re both terrible people who should NOT have children.
I’m betting Mimi Jen has the baby. Maybe Amanda’s older son as well? I feel for those kids. But if Jen has them, at least they’re in a safe environment.

Amanda’s dad and step-mom raised her son, but her dad died a few years ago. I’m not sure if the step-mom can get the kid back since she’s not a blood relative even if she is the one who raised him. Ryan’s parents also have no legal connection to him. I feel bad for that kid. If his step-grandma can’t get him back, I don’t know what happens to him.
Hopefully Amanda allowed her son to go to Jen & Larry’s. I wonder if she lost temp custody of him as well, even if he wasn’t in the car?
I could also see Ryan and Amanda leaving the kid home alone this whole time…
