The doors are officially open at The Vanderpump Hotel in Las Vegas, but Lisa Vanderpump has revealed that one of her former SURvers will not be checking in– now or ever.
While celebrating the opening of her latest business venture earlier this week, the Vanderpump Rules matriarch revealed that Scheana Shay had earned herself a spot on The Vanderpump Hotel’s “cannot-stay-here list.”

“Well, I’m not mentioning any names [on the cannot-stay-here list], but Scheana … you can’t lie about somebody and then think that you’re gonna be invited to their hotel, no,” Lisa told Entertainment Tonight.
Lisa’s decision to permanently leave Scheana off of The Vanderpump Hotel’s guest list comes more than a year after she shaded Scheana during an episode on Watch What Happens Live for allegedly promising to “spill a lot of tea” about Lisa in her 2025 memoir, My Good Side.
“Well, that’s probably just to sell the book because she hasn’t got anything else to say,” Lisa told Andy Cohen at the time.

As The Ashley previously reported, the rumor of Scheana’s allegedly tea spilling began after Kristen Doute of The Valley revealed on an episode of The Bitch Bible podcast in April 2025 that Scheana told her “there’s a lot of tea about Lisa [in the book] that the world would like to know.”
Earlier that month, Scheana threw some shade at Lisa herself by claiming on the Two T’s With a Pod podcast that she didn’t speak to Lisa often, but that Lisa “usually calls when she needs something.” Lisa also addressed that remark during her ‘WWHL’ appearance, confirming that she heard that Scheana had “said something nasty” about her recently.
“ … she said something like, I only call her when I need something,” Lisa said. “True that, right? I’ve got 600 people to work with … .”
The tension between Scheana and Lisa appeared to grow when Scheana called out Lisa (again) on an episode of her Scheananigans podcast last year in response to Lisa allegedly encouraging Ally Lewber to forgive ex-boyfriend James Kennedy after the DJ was arrested in December 2024 for misdemeanor domestic violence against Ally.

During the podcast episode, Scheana told listeners she was “not shocked” to hear what Lisa allegedly said to Ally and claimed that she had “received similar calls” from her former boss, as have “a lot of us in the group.”
While giving a tour this week of one of the rooms inside The Vanderpump Hotel, Lisa told Entertainment Tonight that she “doesn’t really think about” those who aren’t welcome at her new hotel and is instead focusing on the “positivity of inviting some wonderful friends” that have supported her for years.
One of those “wonderful” people who happened to score an invite to the grand opening of Lisa’s hotel was James, who was joined at the event by his 23-year-old pregnant girlfriend, Jordan Meyers.
