Bre Tiesi Doubles Down on Not Having Relationships with Nick Cannon’s Five Other Baby Mamas; Says It’s Better for Everyone’s “Mental Health”

“… because we OBVIOUSLY prioritize mental health in this dynamic!”

Bre Tiesi may be willing to share her personal life with the public but she isn’t willing to share so much as a conversation with her baby daddy Nick Cannon’s five other baby mamas.

During an interview with FOX5 New York this week, the ‘Selling Sunset’ star was questioned about her relationships with the other mothers of Nick’s children– a topic she has spoken candidly about before.

After noting the, umm…unique family dynamic to which Nick has contributed, Bre was asked how she “deals with” the other women in ‘The Masked Singer’ host’s life. Unsurprisingly (at least to those who have kept up with Nick’s ever-growing family tree) Bre pointedly replied, “I don’t.” When pressed further on the topic, she added, “I don’t and I won’t.”

“I don’t deal with them,” she explained. “I think, just for everyone’s mental health it’s better that [Nick] deals with them. We can have nannies involved … as long as everyone’s aware and happy, I’m fine.

“I don’t need any conversation [or] relationship [with them],” she continued.

For those in need of a refresher on the Cannon Kid Count, Nick and Bre share one child together, son Legendary Love. Nick is also a father to teenage twins Moroccan and Monroe, whom he shares with ex-wife Mariah Carey. Nick has another set of twins, sons Zion and Zillion, and daughter Beautiful Zeppelin with Abby De La Rosa. Nick and model Brittany Bell are parents to sons Golden Saigon and Rise Messiah, as well as daughter Powerful Queen. Nick also shares daughter Onyx Ice with model LaNisha Cole and daughter Halo Marie with model Alyssa Scott. (Nick and Alyssa are also parents to son Zen, who died from a brain tumor at five months old in 2021.)

Bre’s remarks about steering clear of Nick’s other procreation partners comes just a month after she revealed on E!’s Hot Goss podcast that, “there is no we” when it comes to her and Nick’s gaggle of baby mamas.

“I would love to embrace them more, but the relationships with the mothers are, unfortunately, too difficult to do so,” she said. “We’ve attempted. I think that I’ve always tried every which way and I know how I am and I’m like, ‘Girl, please don’t take me there because we’ll never come back from here.’”

On a more positive note, Bre revealed this week that Nick’s kids are spending more together now than ever before– something she credits to the kids getting older.

“I feel like when they were little it was a little stressful because they were … in diapers and all of the things, but now they’re getting a lot more quality time together,” she said.

As you may remember, Abby made similar comments in February about the dynamics among the Cannon kids and Nick’s bushel o’ baby mamas, stating in an interview that, although Nick’s kids spend time together, their moms do not.

“There’s a beautiful aspect to it, especially when you see the kids,” Abby said. “Now, as for the mothers? Don’t know. We don’t have any communication with each other, like, we all live very separate lives and we’re all individualized. There’s never no family gatherings or Sunday dinners and things … .”

As The Ashley told you earlier this year, Netflix announced in May that a docuseries (with the working title ‘Cannon’s House of Cards’) about Nick’s “wildly unconventional life” would be hitting the streaming platform this winter. While a premiere date and official show title have yet to be announced, Bre confirmed this week that, “unfortunately, yes” she is involved in the docuseries. Although she noted that filming has caused “a lot of added stress,” she’s optimistic about how the project will turn out.

“I think it will show a lot into us, into our personal family unit and my child, and a different side of me, which will be nice,” she said.
