Following his recent arrest for domestic battery against baby mama Jen Harley, Ronnie Ortiz-Magro appears to be distancing himself from his ex… even if it is court ordered.
As The Ashley told you last week, Ronnie was arrested in Los Angeles for felony domestic violence and later charged with kidnapping after allegedly attacking Jen and chasing her with a knife while holding the couple’s 18-month-old daughter Ariana. The Jersey Shore star also reportedly went on to lock himself and Ariana in he and Jen’s Airbnb, which resulted in his kidnapping charge.
Now, it appears that Ronnie has scrubbed his social media account clean of all traces of Jen—- perhaps an extra precaution after being issued an emergency protective order to stay away from her. TMZ reports that the LAPD issued the order immediately after Ronnie’s arrest, which requires him to stay 100 yards away from his ex.
The order is in place until October 11; however, Jen may request a temporary restraining order if she wants to keep Ronnie at a safe distance beyond that date. While the order doesn’t prevent Ronnie from seeing Ariana, it does require arrangements to be made with a third party to prevent Ronnie from coming within 100 yards of Jen.
Photos obtained by TMZ that were reportedly taken on Monday show Jen with what appear to be sizable injuries to her shoulder and thigh.

A source told the site that Jen is claiming the injuries happened when Ronnie dragged her across the driveway of their Airbnb. However, a source close to Ronnie argues that Jen actually suffered the injury to her shoulder when she fell backwards off of a fence when Ronnie took Ariana from her and that the injury to her thigh occurred when she threw herself to the ground and was clinging to Ronnie when he tried to get back into the rental home with Ariana.
The site’s “Ronnie source” went on to say that Jen had been drinking heavily on the day of the Airbnb brawl, which is why Ronnie was reportedly concerned about Ariana’s safety.
After Ronnie’s arrest, a lawyer for the ‘Jersey Shore’ released a statement, informing Ronnie’s fans that the claims made in the press are not accurate.
“The reporting of the alleged incident relating to Ronnie Magro [on Friday] is based upon pure speculation and innuendo,” the statement reads. “We are currently conducting our own investigation and will have no further comment until that has been concluded.”
