Kendra Wilkinson’s New Docuseries ‘Kendra Sells Hollywood’ to Premiere Next Month: Watch the First Trailer

When that reality TV money starts coming in again…

Kendra Wilkinson is going from being one of The Girls Next Door to selling the house next door.

The 36-year-old former Kendra On Top star is returning to reality TV next month in Kendra Sells Hollywood, a six-part docuseries focusing on her new role as a real estate agent with Douglas Elliman in Los Angeles.

In People’s sneak peek of the new show, Kendra talks about how different her life is now from when she was a reality TV star/Hugh Hefner girlfriend years ago.

“Here I am, about to become a real estate agent,” Kendra says in the preview. “I used to make so much money just stepping into a club, but those days are over.”

Kendra, who shares daughter Alijah, 7, and son Hank IV, 11, with ex-husband Hank Baskett, revealed that her kids are a big motivator behind her new real estate career.

“Single mom hustle, that’s what it’s about,” she said.

The former Playboy Playmate says she’s taking her new role seriously and is determined to prove her doubters wrong.

“So many people gave up on me,” she said. “You’re just a D-lister coming from the Playboy world. So cliché … I want to be in control of my narrative. I want to be in charge of my life, to really make my kids proud. Failure’s not an option right now.”

Last year, Kendra announced on social media that she had passed the California real estate exam and in July 2020, she revealed she had joined The Agency, a firm owned by Mauricio Umansky– the husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards– though she’s currently working for Douglas Elliman.

While talking this summer about her decision to get into real estate, Kendra said the move “makes sense” for her and her kids and is what she wants to do “with this next season of life.”

“I’ve always had an interest in the real estate business, art and architecture and I’m so excited to share this new journey with you all,” she said.

‘Kendra Sells Hollywood’ begins streaming November 17 on Discovery+. You can watch a preview of the new show below.

  1. Honestly, good for her. I have always had a soft spot for Kendra, ever since the early Girls Next Door days. She had such a good, fun nature that I think started to erode when she married Hank and became a mother. But she is clearly a loving parent and has much more street smarts than your average D-Lister. With or without the cameras, I hope that she and her kids live happy lives.

On another note, I haven’t seen a photo of Little Hank for a while. My God, he has grown, and has his mom’s smile. They are beautiful children.

    1. Agreed. She had a mother that hated her and a dad that abandoned her. She’s a survivor. I won’t watch because I don’t want Disc+ but I’m glad she’s doing well.

  2. When you take an old worn out tire and glue some new tread on it, it’s called a retread. It will get you by for a few miles and then just blow apart, all over the highway. Leaves a hell of a mess.
