It’s out with the old (husband) and in with the new (husband) for Angelina Pivarnick.
On Thursday’s episode of Jersey Shore Family Vacation, Angelina accepted a marriage proposal from boyfriend Vinny Tortorella as her ‘Jersey Shore’ family watched on, visibly stunned.
Before getting down on one knee, Vinny 2.0 stood in front of the table during Vinny Guadagnino‘s birthday dinner to thank the group for welcoming him into their family before asking Angelina to stand up and join him. Vinny 2.0 proceeded to profess his love to Angelina, calling her his “best friend.”
” … If there’s anything beyond life, I want us to love each other, do everything– good, bad, little, big– I’ll always have your back, I know you’ll have my back,” Vinny 2.0 said in part. “I want to grow old with you, I want to experience everything with you. I wouldn’t want to experience it with anyone else– together, as one.”
After telling Angelina he wanted to give her “something,” Vinny 2.0 pulled out a ring box and popped the question.
“I love you, Ang, and I hope that you’ll marry me,” he said, to which Angelina responded, “100 times over, yes, babe!”
In the moments leading up to the proposal, Angelina’s castmates were visibly shocked at what they predicted was unfolding. Once Angelina said “yes” to Vinny 2.0’s proposal, the group joked about the timeline of the couple’s relationship.
“We just met him yesterday!” DJ Pauly D exclaimed.
“Holy f**king s**t, I’m speechless,” Jenni “JWoww” Farley said of the surprise proposal. “I had no idea they were even this serious!”
While Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi said she was happy for Angelina, she added, “But what the f**k? We just met him.”
There were also a few jokes about the fact that Angelina had just celebrated her divorce from Chris Larangeira the night before– wedding dress bonfire and all. (Chris filed for divorce from Angelina in February 2022 after just two years of marriage; According to People, Angelina and Vinny 2.0’s relationship was confirmed in February of this year.)
“You know she just burned her wedding dress yesterday! Now she’s gonna have to buy another one,” Pauly said to the group.
Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino also pointed out the unique timeline of events.
“This is a mind-blowing development in the squad,” he said. “Like, yesterday was the divorce party. Go straight to a proposal? It’s wild.”
Even Angelina herself couldn’t help but to comment on the timing of it all.
“If you would have told me that I would have my divorce party last night and now I’m engaged officially, I would tell you right now you’re full of dog s**t,” she said. “But here I am, engaged, and I’m getting married again.”

Celebrating Vinny 0.1 birthdays and you take this opportunity to be filmed proposing to take the Attention off of Vinny 0.1 and put it onto Vinny 0.2 and Angelina is sleazy. Maybe for the story line? But they could have stretched that story to the next episode. Anyone who does a proposal at someone else’s party is a low life
