After undergoing a driveway-Porta-Potty-full of cosmetic procedures, Farrah Abraham claims she’s now dealing with a “degenerative disc disease” in her jaw that’s preventing her from fully opening her mouth, forcing the former Teen Mom star to go under the knife, yet again.
While Farrah’s alleged degenerative disc disease has seemingly had no impact on her ability to fire off her infamous Farrah Speak in recent months, the 34-year-old hinted in a recent interview that her jacked-up jaw has impacted other parts of her life.
During an appearance on the Pillow Talk podcast, Farrah was asked about her dating life– a question that prompted her to disclose the details of her “oral dilemma.” (And, no, that’s not the title of Farrah’s next “sexy time” film.)
“I’m getting ready for a really big surgery actually,” Farrah explained. “There’s, I guess, like a degenerative disc disease in my jaws … I can’t use my jaw. I can’t open my mouth up normally.”
According to Daily Mail, Farrah claimed during her Pillow Talk appearance that, while she doesn’t want to go under the knife (yet again), her degenerative disc disease has left her with no other choice. Farrah also joked on the podcast that she’d like to be able to “just open [her] mouth for a hotdog”– a remark that podcast host Ryan Pownall naturally took as an opportunity to joke about the Backdoor Teen Mom’s inability to perform oral sex at this time.
“ … I would crush everybody’s you-know-whats,” Farrah replied.
On Tuesday, Farrah took to her Instagram Story to post a link to an article discussing her upcoming jaw surgery, while admitting to fans in the caption that she’s scared about having the procedure.
“I am scared of this but I know lots of women go through this,” she wrote.
While Farrah claims to be fearful about her upcoming surgery, this is certainly not the first time that she’ll be going under the knife.
As fans of ‘Teen Mom’ know, Farrah has altered her appearance via cosmetic surgery multiple times since making her reality TV debut in 2009, with several of those surgeries/procedures being filmed for ‘Teen Mom’ and/or social media. In the past, Farrah has copped to having at least three breast augmentations, a nose job, a chin implant (which she later removed), butt injections and surgery, vaginal rejuvenation procedures, liposuction, and both cheek and lip filler.
Farrah also attempted to get a lip implant in 2015, though the botched procedure had disastrous results, as you likely remember. (Farrah actually mentioned this failed enhancement attempt during her recent Pillow Talk interview.)
In March of last year, Farrah admitted that she had dropped $50,000 on cosmetic procedures for her mouth alone, before going on to claim in September that she would be significantly scaling back on the sprucing up of her face and body going forward.
“I actually have no Botox, no filler, nothing in my lips,” Farrah told Us Weekly last fall. “My face is just however my face is and my body.”
Farrah explained at the time that she had a change of heart on changing her appearance after seeing her face looking “super puffy” on TV and experiencing allergic reactions to certain fillers.
“ … because I was having those allergic reactions to some of the fillers, I’m like, ‘I need to stop this,’” she recalled. “It was bothering everything. So, I’m happy to not be bothered right now … .”
While Farrah claimed that she had finally gotten to a place of self-acceptance, she was bragging to Daily Mail about her “million-dollar body” just six months earlier, and claiming that she had no plans to slow down on the surgical procedures.
“I would love an invasive surgery next!” Farrah told the outlet last year. “Blepharoplasty [a surgery done on the eyelids] is calling my name. Like, a light facelift is [too]. I’m all about preventative. People need to not shy away from that and I’m in my thirties and that’s what’s up for the 30 year-olds.
“Again, I don’t ever feel like I need anything, but it’s preventative,” she continued. “I would rather do [surgeries] younger so I can bounce back and heal and recover, than later when it’s all stretched out. It’s more money, more recovery time.”
Farrah has not revealed when she’s planning to go under the knife to correct her degenerative disc disease.

Symptoms include painful clicking, popping, grinding sounds (crepitus), jaw stiffness, limited movement, and facial pain.
Maybe she will take this as a sign to keep her mouth shut for a change. Per law.
