James Kennedy has announced that he is planning to marry his 23-year-old pregnant girlfriend, Jordan Meyers.
The former ‘Vanderpump Rules’ star announced on Tuesday that he is now engaged to his future baby mama. James posted a series of photos of him and Jordan to Instagram, one of which shows him proposing on one knee to Jordan at Villa D’Este on Lake Como, Italy.
“We’re engaged!” the 34-year-old DJ captioned the pics. “I love you, adventures with you forever and ever. Thank you for making me the luckiest guy in the world.”

Jordan also posted about the engagement on Instagram, including several zoomed-in pics of her engagement ring.
“Forever with my best friend,” she wrote. “Thank you for all the laughter, smiles, and love you give me. I feel so blessed to fall asleep and wake up next to you every single day— I can’t wait to do that forever.”
Last month, James introduced Jordan publicly after keeping her private for their eight-month relationship. By that time, she was already pregnant with James’ child.
“We wanted to keep things personal while we were building our relationship together, and we’ve shared this news privately with close friends and family for some time now,” James explained last month.
James’ mother, Jacqueline Georgiou, appears to be thrilled about James’ engagement.

“[May] God continue to bless you both,” she wrote in the comment section of Jordan’s engagement post. “Congratulations my sweet ‘Future Daughter.'”
James’ brother, Harry Georgiou, also sent his well wishes to the couple.
“Huge congratulations! I’m so incredibly happy for you both,” he wrote. “Wishing you and your new family all of GOD’s love, blessings, and abundance! Can’t wait for the arrival of the little one! I will be the best Uncle I can be, I promise… love you both!”
Some fans do not seem to have much hope that the twosome will last, with some even encouraging Jordan to high-tail it away from the relationship-challenged James.
“Run girl run! Take your baby and head to safety,” one person wrote in the comments of James’ post.
“My God how many times are we saying you’re going to love somebody forever and be engaged,” someone else wrote to James. “I hope this one sticks, make sure it’s not about the pasta.”
‘Vanderpump Rules’ fans are likely skeptical that James’ engagement to Jordan will last, due to his previous relationships going belly-up in a very public way. When fans met the then-22-year-old SUR busboy in Season 3, he was dating OG cast member Kristen Doute, though the toxic twosome ultimately called it quits in Season 4. (Kristen has since spoken out about her time with James, claiming he was abusive and Lisa Vanderpump covered for him.)
A year later after splitting with Kristen, James began dating Rachel Leviss, whom he proposed to (and later split from) in 2021. After the breakup, Rachel called James out for his alleged “long history of erratic, violence behavior and substance abuse.”
After his engagement to Rachel ended, James began a relationship with astrologer Ally Lewber. James and Ally dated for about three years and lived together until their split in January 2025, one month after James was arrested for domestic violence against Ally. After his arrest, Kristen and Rachel both made it clear that they were not surprised to see Ally’s abuse allegations about James. (Charges against James were later dropped.)
Since that time, James has been DJing gigs around the country. He began dating Jordan about eight months ago.

“I’m from North Carolina, so I went to visit James for what was supposed to be ‘three days,’ which has now turned into eight months together,” Jordan told People last month. “The second I met James, we instantly felt such a strong spark between us. Watching our love grow and preparing to become parents together has been the most incredible experience.”
None of James’ exes have reacted to his engagement news. However, when asked last month how she felt about James and Jordan having a baby together, Ally stated that she wasn’t even aware James had been dating someone.
“I was shocked, I didn’t know he had a girlfriend, but I’m not shocked [about the pregnancy] because he always wanted to be a dad and he does move quickly,” she said.
James and Jordan have not yet revealed when they plan to get hitched or when their baby is due.
