Kail Lowry is standing by her previous claims that her 16-year-old son Elliott has no relationship with his stepmom Vee Torres, despite a recent video posted by Vee showing them having fun together on vacation.
While on TikTok Live on Tuesday, the former ‘Teen Mom 2’ star was asked about her previous comments about Elliott and Vee– only to double-down and explain that Vee was just using Elliott for views. She also implied that Vee often ignores Elliott when he’s at their home.
As The Ashley told you last month, shortly after Vee posted a video of her and her family (which includes stepson Elliott) on vacation at Disney World, Kail took to social media with a cryptic message seemingly aimed at her former friend and podcast co-host.
“Using my son for views on IG but having 0 relationship in real life is insane,” Kail posted to her Instagram Story.
While on TikTok Live on Tuesday, a fan asked how “she” (presumably Vee) doesn’t have a relationship with Elliott when she’s been around him his whole life. (As fans of ‘Teen Mom 2’ know, Vee began dating Elliott’s father, Jo Rivera, when Elliott was a young child. Vee and Jo went on to get married and welcome a daughter together.)
Kail insisted that Vee doesn’t pay attention to Elliott when they’re at home and not on-camera.
“You can be around somebody and live in the same house and walk past them every day and not talk to them,” Kail said. “Like, that’s a thing. You can be happy on vacation in front of people and then not have a conversation for five days in a house, right?”
When pressed for receipts to back up her claims, (which she recently hinted she does have), Kail appeared to get somewhat defensive, though she assured fans that she was telling the truth.
“I’m not dropping receipts of anything. I just, I have them,” she claimed. “I’m not dropping s**t.”
Kail also vehemently denied that she was “bread-crumbing” with her comments about Vee’s allegedly non-existent relationship with Elliott, insisting that she “said what [she] said.” When someone in the comments informed the mom of seven that her remarks were coming off as “very bitter,” Kail suggested that she didn’t care, especially if her statements may actually be beneficial to Vee and Elliott’s relationship.
“ … if that gives somebody the opportunity to self-reflect and better the relationship, then it was worth it,” she stated.
Kail alleged on a June episode of Harry Jowsey’s Boyfriend Material podcast that Vee and Elliott “don’t really have a relationship,” while maintaining that, at the time of her and Vee’s fallout in 2024, the two didn’t “actually co-parent at all” and that Vee didn’t “do anything” for Elliott.
During that same podcast interview, Kail seemed to be referencing Jo when she claimed that “three out of four” of her baby daddies have a “good relationship” with their kids, but that “another dad is not really involved with his kid.” (Jo is the only dad who has just one kid with Kail– besides Javi Marroquin, who is very involved in their Lincoln’s life– so her comment indicates that Jo is the baby daddy who is “not really involved” in his child’s life.)
She has also claimed that Jo “doesn’t pay for anything” when it comes to expenses for Elliott.
Jo and Vee have not responded to any of the claims made about them by Kail.

I reckon there’s a soft spot there. And butter jealously because Jo very obviously upgraded.
Kailyn mentioning the need for someone else to self-reflect is comical.
I can’t help but to think how sad it is that Kail obviously wasn’t thinking of Elliot when she posted this. He is a teenager and should he want to speak about his relationships I am sure he can. Maybe don’t put your child’s personal business on a public platform for clicks and views.
And she constantly puts her children in loyalty binds, instead of being the parent and looking out for her kids needs before her egos needs,
She is small minded and petty as hell. She seems superficial as hell with no emotional depth or capacity.
If she really wanted to help she would talk to Vee. Not put her childs private life on the internet.
We all really need to start ignoring this woman. She lives of attention.
We stan our unproblematic queen, who is so unbothered by kail’s comments she doesn’t feel the need to waste her energy taking the bait.

When is Kail ever going to grow up? I doubt what she says is even true. She is such a bitter and petty individual. Coparenting with her would be a nightmare.
If she didnt have her baby daddies to talk about, she wouldnt have any topics on her social media or podcast. Thats really sad.
Kail has tried to drive a wedge in between Vee and Elliot since day one. She threw absolute fits about Vee even being around him even though she married Javi after 5 minutes and taught Elliot to call him “daddy.” Only one those step-parents actually stuck around.
Even if Vee and Elliot don’t have much of a relationship, why is that something Kail would put out there? She is just making his life that much harder and awkward when he’s at his dad’s if this is true.
She is truly just a bitter, terrible person. She is just unhappy that someone else stepped on her toes when it comes to exploiting the kids.
But Elliott posted the video on his social media as well like he had fun so why is she giving Vee issues?

I feel like this has to be true or Elliott would say something. He posts a lot on social media and has no problem roasting his mom and dad. I’m sure he was having a good time on vacation with his dad and sister and looked happy. That doesn’t mean that he has a relationship with you Vee though.

I’m watching this happen with my friends step kid right now. Been in her life for 12 years and she just turned 16. Teenagers are rough, there’s definitely more distance and my friend just gives her step daughter her space and isn’t going to force the relationship while SD is going through some teenage angst and issues with her mom. This is how you should handle it. Vee more than likely has boundaries that kail has always lacked. Instead of talking shit about his step mom to 4 million people online, she should be asking questions and helping to strengthen the bond between him and vee. I highly doubt Issac has heard one nice thing come out of Kails mouth about vee, EVER.

And Jo has been with Vee for ages (while Kail jumped from man to man and getting knocked up) so even if they don’t talk personal things (I’m sure he speaks to Jo about that), I am sure they still enjoy each others’ company, she’s just like a step mom basically!
