Jenelle Evans has not seen her son, Kaiser, outside of a court-supervised visitation center in over a month, but on Saturday the former “Teen Mom 2′ star and her husband David Eason celebrated Kaiser’s birthday alongside her ex Nathan Griffith, mom Barbara Evans and other family members.
