Jenelle Evans is injured— again— and has been posting frequently about her latest ailment— something her former friend Gabbie Egan called out on Thursday, causing an hours-long feud between the two to erupt on social media.
(And before anyone comments “Don’t you have anything better to do than follow this drama?” The answer is “No. No I do not.”)
Jenelle was none-too-happy that Gabbie poked fun at her seemingly endless stream of injuries and illnesses, and took to Facebook to clap back at her one-time pal. The fired Teen Mom star attacked Gabbie’s sobriety by claiming Gabbie was drinking alcohol while at Jenelle’s cringe-tastic divorce party last year, something Gabbie denied.
The Ashley will now do her best to recap all the hootin’ and hollerin’ happening between Jenelle and the TikTok star since Gabbie made fun of Jenelle’s newest ailment, which Jenelle allegedly sustained recently after falling up some stairs.
(Forewarning: readers might want to hurl themselves down some stairs after reading through this nonsense.)
The social media spat between the perfunctory pals kicked off after Gabbie– who previously called out Jenelle for reuniting with her “swamp monster” ex-husband David Eason– posted about a certain someone on Facebook for having a medical chart with “more plot twists than a Netflix series.”
(The comment was very obviously pointed at Jenelle, as Gabbie mentioned all the procedures Jenelle had done in December during her “mommy makeover.”From what The Ashley can tell, though, Jenelle said nothing about Gabbie to provoke her.)
“ … how do you fall UP the stairs, end up in the ER fighting for your life every other week, claim your body is ‘so weak and fragile’ … but somehow still survive lipo 360, a tummy tuck, new boobs, and elective surgery like it’s a seasonal hobby,” Gabbie wrote.
“ … I’m genuinely trying to understand the physics here because the math is NOT mathing whatsoever,” Gabbie added.
After Jenelle got wind that Gabbie was calling out the fact that she’s frequently touting new medical diagnoses, she hopped (on crutches, we presume) onto X to ask followers why Gabbie is “so concerned about [her] leg”.
She then went on to accuse Gabbie of lying about being sober, claiming that Gabbie consumed alcohol while attending her clearly pointless divorce party in June of 2025.
“And Gabbie over here acting in a ‘Sober Moms Group’ when you literally drank at my divorce party, ‘drinking once in a while’ is NOT being sober,” Jenelle wrote.
In response, Gabbie returned to Facebook insisting that she “did not drink at that divorce party.” She also bragged that she currently has “19 months and 17 days of continuous sobriety” under her belt.
Gabbie then made some accusations of her own, stating that members of Jenelle’s “team” insisted Gabbie hold a glass of champagne for a photo op, despite Gabbie being sober.
“Her team had me hold the drink for a photo lol meanwhile I was drinking Red Bull all night,” Gabbie wrote. “I knew when I needed to get sober…. still praying for you and always routing for you to do better ALWAYS. Never from a place of hate just a place of … b!tch wtf?”
This is not the first time Gabbie has claimed that she tried to help Jenelle get sober. In March, Gabbie made a TikTok video about how she allegedly encouraged Jenelle to stop drinking. In the same video, Gabbie also insisted she tried hard to help Jenelle “rebrand” herself after the ‘Teen Mom’ star initially split from her ex-husband (and now reactivated soulmate) David.
Amid their social media squabble on Thursday, Gabbie received some backup in the former of one of her “sober mom group” friends, Rachel, who took to Facebook to slam Jenelle for suggesting that Gabbie was lying about being sober.
“Not you bold faced lying on God’s internet lol you know DANGWELL your team literally forced her to take pictures holding champagne KNOWING SHE WAS NEWLY SOBER, and she STILL didn’t drink,” Rachel wrote.
Gabbie’s friend then posted screenshots from an alleged group text conversation in which another friend backed her claim that someone from Jenelle’s divorce party “made [them] pose with alcohol” for a photo, even though Gabbie and her friend informed staff at the event that they were sober.
Despite the claim from Gabbie’s friend– and the accompanying receipts– Jenelle later doubled down on her comments, accusing both Gabbie and Gabbie’s friend of drinking at her divorce party. Jenelle also claimed that she even apologized to Gabbie after someone offered her a drink at the party, only for Gabbie to allegedly tell her, “It’s okay, I drink every once in a while.”
“ … when you’re getting violent when you drink and fight people, maybe you shouldn’t drink at all,” Jenelle added. (Jenelle is likely referring to Gabbie’s 2021 drunken arrest in Las Vegas in which she was charged with battery after allegedly kicking a police officer in the testicles when he tried to arrest her.)
Jenelle then claimed that she was not referring to the champagne provided by the PR people, and that Gabbie was drinking a cocktail.
“I guess Gabbie’s little friend Rachel is chiming in… girl you weren’t even there at the divorce party,” Jenelle wrote.
“Yes, she was offered champagne from my PR person but that’s not what she was drinking that night she had a mixed drink but good try,” Jenelle added.
Gabbie responded by posting a pic of her drinking (a Red Bull) at the trashtastic party, followed by a series of texts that showed her convo with Jenelle leading up to the party.
In the texts, Gabbie asks Jenelle if she has any friends attending the party. Jenelle wrote that she was “kind of bummed out” that no one but Gabbie was confirmed to be attending (not even her ‘Teen Mom’ co-stars Jade Cline and Briana DeJesus).
“I invited Jade and Briana from the show and they both said they can’t go,” Jenelle wrote. “It’s annoying because I showed up for Bri’s lawsuit party and she begged me to go…”
Gabbie asked if Jenelle at least had a “personal friend” she could bring to go with her.
“No I don’t have anyone to go with me to the event,” Jenelle told Gabbie. “I’ve been crying this morning because I feel like everyone hates me because of David.”
Jenelle responded that she “only has Tori” (aka Tori Rhyne— whom Jenelle is no longer friends with after the Great Hospital BedWetting Caper of 2025). It appears that Jenelle told Gabbie she has no other friends in Vegas because she’s by herself with her kids all the time.
The texts reveal that Gabbie advised Jenelle not to show up to the party alone, and that she offered to go with her so Jenelle had “some emotional support.”
Gabbie then reminded everyone that she tried to be a good friend to Jenelle.
“Mind you… I showed up for this girl the best way I could FLEW TO NYC TO GO TO A DEAD END EVENT,” she wrote. “And was a good friend to her and tried to support her and help her get her life together. I’m not a mean person… even people with bad pasts who’ve made mistakes etc I always think people can change. It’s very clear she just used me until she went right back to where she started… in the swamp.”
“David, please stop talking.”
Gabbie then apologized to Jenelle and seemed to want to call a truce.
‘This is exhausting,” Gabbie wrote on Facebook. “Sorry I made fun of your knee cap Jenelle hope it gets better soon.”
Nine hours into the Facebook feud, Jenelle began to rapidly post about Gabbie and her sober friends.
“These ‘Sober Moms’ are acting out today …not acting as sober at all,” she wrote. “And never met them.”
“I’ll never ever confide in another person again in my life,” Jenelle wrote several minutes later.

As someone who has fallen up the stairs, it is possible and you can get injured. It’s called being clumsy, a klutz. I myself have sprained both my ankles 2 times each and we all know the more you do, the weaker they become and are more prone to injuries. Her injuries DO make sense. And her surgeries are unrelated to this. It’s almost like Gabbie is saying that those who are clumsy, can’t survive operations which is just crazy and wrong.

Maybe I misunderstood, but I read it as Gabbi commenting that a doctor is clearing her for elective procedures while also claiming such profound medical issues.
It’s a fair question. Would going under for a surgery effect her esophagus?

She is mentally unstable and disordered. Maybe Gabbie will “route” her to some 12 step meetings. Honestly even if she relapsed that is a part of recovery, and many people who achieve long term sobriety have relapsed along the way. No need to give up because you slip. Man that solidified excrement that makes up Janelle’s being is just so, well, trashy.
Honestly i do believe people can change, she should try getting sober for a while, and an actual job to keep her busy. Wont hold my breath, but just want to point out she could try a different way of looking for happiness. If she really wanted to, throw that whole man away. Get clean. Gotomeeting, find sober friends. Give it a month see where you are.

You know damn well that Jenelle did not fall (up or down) any stairs without a little help from David pushing her (up or down) them. She has talked before about his domestic violence so it’s not a far stretch to say this.
She tripped up one well-marked doorway step while wearing sunglasses indoors at a restaurant or bar.
