The stars of the ‘Teen Mom’ franchise aren’t exactly known for their long-lasting relationships; however, a few couples from the shows have managed to last the test of time.
Earlier this month, The Ashley looked back at the shortest marriages to come out of ‘Teen Mom,’ so it’s only fair that she now recognize the longest marriages from the franchise. These couples have made it through a lot— battles with baby daddies, getting bashed on the Internet by disgruntled exes, and everything in between!
(Just to note: The Ashley is counting from the date of the actual legal marriage until today. She is not counting any time the couple was together before getting hitched.)
5. Maci Bookout & Taylor McKinney (Married 9 years, 10 months)
Wedding Date: October 8, 2016
Maci and Taylor are close to celebrating a whole decade of wedded (beer-soaked) bliss! During her short-lived romance with motocross racer Kyle Regal, Maci met Taylor at a race in 2012. After she and Kyle Regal split, Maci briefly rekindled her relationship with her ex, Kyle “Is He Slow?” King before beginning a long-distance relationship with Taylor. (He was living in Texas, while Maci resided in Tennessee.)
They maintained a long-distance relationship until Taylor moved to be with Maci in 2014. The pair shacked up there for a few years, popped out a couple of “Oopsie Babies” and brought leather-pocketed T-shirts to the world with their clothing company before finally tying the knot in October 2016.
The couple still lives in Tennessee with their two kids— Maverick and Jayde— and Maci’s son Bentley.

4. Chelsea Houska & Cole DeBoer (Married 9 years, 10 months)
Wedding Date: October 1, 2016
Although Chelsea and Cole went on to have a big wedding ceremony in 2017, they first said “I do” in October 2016 in a small, private ceremony. At the time, Chelsea was pregnant with her second child, son Watson. MTV cameras were not invited to the nuptials, nor did they film Chelsea and Cole’s public wedding one year later.

As ‘Teen Mom 2’ fans will remember, Chelsea and Cole met at a gas station in 2014 (as you do) and dated for nearly two years before Cole proposed in November 2015.
Today, they live in South Dakota with their three kids— Watson, Layne and Walker— as well as Chelsea’s daughter Aubree. They have done three seasons of their HGTV design show, ‘Down Home Fab’ and run a store together in South Dakota.

3. Gary Shirley & Kristina Anderson (Married 10 years, 11 months)
Wedding Date: September 28, 2015
Gary and Kristina didn’t have an elaborate, on-camera wedding like some of their castmates, but the couple is still going strong and preparing to celebrate their 11th wedding anniversary next month. They quietly got married in September 2015 without even announcing that they were engaged! The wedding took place about six months after they welcomed their daughter Emilee, but the couple has never publicly posted photos or details from their ceremony.
This is Gary’s first marriage (and Kristina’s second). They began dating in 2013 while Kristina was separated from her first husband, and Gary’s baby mama, Amber Portwood was in prison. (As ‘Teen Mom’ fans will remember, Amber was not happy when she found out Gary had given her the boot in honor of Kristina!)
Today, Gary and Kristina live in Indiana with Emiliee and are raising Leah— Gary’s daughter with Amber.

2. Catelynn Lowell & Tyler Baltierra (Married 11 years)

Catelynn and Tyler recently celebrated their eleventh wedding anniversary, but— as ‘Teen Mom’ fans know— they have actually been together since middle school. (However, it took them a few engagements, a couple of kids and about 10 years to finally make it down the aisle!)
Cate and Ty officially got hitched in August 2015 with an elaborate ceremony and reception that aired on ‘Teen Mom OG.’ Cast members from ‘Teen Mom’ and ‘Teen Mom 2’ attended the nuptials, as did a fresh-outta-prison Butch Baltierra.
Their bio daughter, Carly, and her parents were also guests at the wedding.
The couple would go on to have two more daughters— Vaeda and Rya. They are still living in Michigan, and Cate and Ty have their own podcast.

1. Corey Simms & Miranda Patterson (Married 13 years, 2 months)
Wedding Date: June 7, 2013
Corey and Miranda have been married for over 13 years, which is longer than any other couple in ‘Teen Mom’ history!
Their wedding— which was held in June 2013— was a simple country affair. (Miranda wore cowboy boots, while Corey sported his finest flannel, complete with blue jeans.) Corey’s daughters, Ali and Aleeah, served as flower girls.
Corey and Miranda went public with their relationship in June 2012— just over a year after Corey’s divorce from Leah Messer was finalized. They became engaged in December 2012.
Today, Corey and Miranda live a quiet life in West Virginia with Ali and Aleeah, as well as their daughter Remy. He occasionally posts TikTok about his life as a dad.
