Jenn Harley, the ex-girlfriend and baby mama of ‘Jersey Shore Family Vacation’ star Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, has once again landed behind bars following an arrest for domestic violence.
According to Starcasm, the 39-year-old realtor was arrested on Saturday and booked into a Miami-Dade County jail on a misdemeanor charge of battery/domestic violence. The mom of three, who shares eight-year-old daughter Ariana with Ronnie, was reportedly holed up in the slammer for two nights before posting a $1,000 bond and being released on Monday. She has entered a written plea of not guilty and is due in court December 8.
According to the arrest affidavit exclusively obtained by The Ashley, the alleged victim was one of Jenn’s other baby daddies, Joe Ambrosole, with whom Jenn shares a two-year-old son.
According to the account Joe gave to the police, he and Jenn were lying in bed together when their son became ill. Joe claimed he tried to comfort their son, but Jenn picked up the kid and carried him into the living, calling Joe a “terrible father.” He then followed Jenn into the living room and tried to pick up their son so he could carry him back to bed.

“[Joe] stated that as he reached for and took possession of the child, [Jenn] shoved toward him and intentionally struck him on the right side of his face with an open hand,” the arrest affidavit states.
That’s when Joe says he grabbed his phone to call the police, while Jenn took Ariana (her daughter with Ronnie) and left the apartment.
When cops arrived, Joe explained that he and Jenn are no longer in a romantic relationship, but they continue to live together because Jenn “refused to move out of the shared residence.”
Joe told police that he was not injured and did not need medical attention. However, photographs were taken of him for evidence.
Cops were unable to find Jenn around the apartment complex.
Joe sat for an interview with police and stated he had no idea where Jenn went. He also confirmed, though, that Jenn and Ronnie’s daughter Ariana witnessed the alleged domestic violence incident.
Later that day, cops located Jenn in the parking lot of her apartment complex, heading to her car. She was taken into custody “without issue” and “declined to give a statement at the time of her arrest.”
Starcasm reports that the court docket indicates that a “stay-away” order was put in place, but the order was “pre-trial conditional allowing contact.” It’s unclear what those conditions are, according to the outlet.
As the news of her (latest) arrest began circulating on social media, Jenn took the time to plead her innocence in the comment section of multiple posts, including one by @mtv_reality_teaa.
“I repeat I am completely innocent of the allegations made against me!” Jenn wrote.
Jenn also fired off a statement on Starcasm’s social media post, writing, “I repeat – rigatoni heavy marinara on Sunday.”
Jenn left this weird as hell comment after posting a video of herself to Instagram with Rick Ross audio that mentioned eating rigatoni on a Sunday. She later followed up the pasta-pronouncement with an Instagram Story of actual rigatoni, writing, “#nottherigatoni.”
As ‘Jersey Shore’ fans likely remember, Saturday’s trip to the slammer wasn’t the first for Jenn. In the summer of 2018, Jenn was arrested on charges of domestic violence for allegedly hitting and dragging Ronnie with her car. On New Year’s Eve of that year, she allegedly threw an ashtray at Ronnie, later leading to her May 2019 arrest on an outstanding warrant for domestic violence– a charge she was cleared of in July 2019.
Jenn was also arrested in 2021 for an incident involving her then-partner. Later that year, she checked into rehab for alcohol dependency.
In October 2022, Ronnie was granted primary physical custody of his and Jenn’s daughter. At that time, a judge ruled that Ariana’s primary residence would be with Ronnie in California, while Jenn was granted visits, which were permitted to take place in her home state of Nevada. Ronnie and Jenn went on to relocate (separately) to the Miami area in 2023, where they both currently reside.
In October 2024, Jenn revealed that, despite her and Ronnie’s toxic past, the two had found a way to be “good co-parents” to their daughter Ariana.
“I couldn’t ask for a better situation between us right now,” she told Daily Mail. “Living in the same city now, it’s been a dream to co-parent with him.”
Ronnie has not issued any statements about Jenn’s arrest or the fact that his daughter allegedly witnessed the incident.
