Javi Marroquin is on the move.
According to The Sun, the former Teen Mom 2 star has listed his Dover, Delaware, home on the market for $419,900, less than a year after reuniting with his ex-fiancé Lauren Comeau.
The father of two, who shares nine-year-old son Lincoln with ex-wife Kail Lowry and four-year-old son Eli with Lauren, purchased the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in 2018 for $258,000.
Javi and Lauren were living in the home together at the time of their 2019 split. They were also living in the home together when they went on to split again in 2020–- the latter being the breakup in which Javi tried to do a little Papi Pumping with Kail at the local WaWa.
Despite rekindling their relationship, Javi and Lauren reportedly never relocated back to their seemingly back luck abode together, with Lauren residing at the four-bedroom, three-bathroom Delaware home she purchased for $325,000 in 2021 and Javi remaining at the home mentioned above. (Javi hasn’t revealed if he plans to move into Lauren’s home once his sells.)
The listing for Javi’s home mentions the granite countertops in the kitchen, as well as the white shaker cabinets and stainless steel appliances– a remodeling project Javi previously shared on social media in December 2018.
” … when we first bought this house the kitchen was one of the first things we wanted to fix up,” he said at the time.
The two-story home also features a spacious living room and family room complete with fireplace, and a main floor with access to a laundry room, two-car garage, bedroom and full bathroom.
Papi’s playhouse Javi’s home also boasts a breakfast nook that leads to the backyard where you will find an in-ground saltwater swimming pool, complete with a slide.

Lauren is a fool. I dunno how many times someone has to show you who they are before you believe them. Javi’s always going to cheat on her, because he ALWAYS gets away with it. He cheats, she physically attacks him, they break up, and then she takes him back, rinse and repeat.
Where does Lauren get her $ to afford her house?
I’m sorry but if you’re breaking up and getting back together this much at the age they are with children you’re a toxic, immature person. In my early years I did this.. however as an older adult seeing these stories it reeks of immaturity. Ugh, why is Lauren even still around? I get that they have a kid, but Jesus Christ. Javi and Kail are a match made in a delusional/egotistical heaven. They should just get remarried, she can continue on her quest to make the Guinness Book of World Records for the most kids shot out by the age of 40, he can do whatever Javi does, and Lauren can go on with her life.

She is dumb AF to be getting back with him yet again. She caught him red handed cheating while she was home, she took him back, he cheated again. It’s a cycle that just keeps repeating.
