‘Vanderpump Rules’ Star Ariana Madix Buys $1.6M LA Home Amid Ongoing Real Estate Battle with Ex Tom Sandoval

“I look forward to never tripping over your platform shoes or hearing your stupid white noise machine ever again.”

Ariana Madix’s days of awkwardly cohabitating with her former partner Tom Sandoval may finally be over.

According to Page Six, the Vanderpump Rules star recently purchased a home of her very own in the Hollywood Hills.

“Ariana has fallen in love with this home and is excited for a new chapter,” a source told the outlet.

The Instagram account @facereality16 revealed (and later Page Six confirmed) that Ariana purchased her new abode from Ben Belack of Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills, and The Ben Belack Group Facebook page confirmed on Friday that the Hollywood Hills home had, in fact, recently sold for $1,649,000. The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms and a beautiful view of the Sunset Strip area of Hollywood.

“Atop Outpost Estates, and with views of the Hollywood sign and beyond, this Mid-Century modern has just undergone a complete renovation,” the home description read. “The main level is open, with the living room and dedicated dining area seamlessly connecting to a kitchen with stainless appliances and brass finishes. The second level is dedicated to a generously-sized primary suite, with modern bathroom, seating area, and views outside.

“The backyard is private, with ample space to entertain a gathering of 20 friends or dine al fresco,” the listing continued. “A few steps up lead to a seating area/meditation deck, a great vantage for panoramic views.”

While Ariana is clearly ready to move on from the home she shared with Sandoval, it is unclear as to when she will officially move out, as the exes remain in a legal battle over the $2 million Valley Village home they purchased together in 2019.

As fans know, Ariana and Sandoval split in March 2023, after Ariana discovered that Sandoval was having a months-long affair with their ‘VPR’ co-star (and Ariana’s close friend) Rachel Leviss. Despite their split, Ariana and Sandoval have continued to reside in the house together, living in separate areas of the home and avoiding contact with each other.

If these walls could talk.

As The Ashley told you last month, Sandoval alleged in legal documents that Ariana borrowed $90,000 from him and has yet to pay him back. Sandoval claimed he will not agree to sell their home until the money is paid back to him. He made the filing in response to a filing Ariana made in January to force him to agree to a sale of the home.

“Dude, where would I host my Sexy Singles pool parties?”

On a recent episode of ‘Vanderpump Rules,’ Ariana revealed that when she discovered Sandoval was having an affair, she wasn’t financially prepared to move out of their home and was on her “last $2,000.”

In the wake of the Scandoval, Ariana went on to score partnership deals with multiple brands, release a solo cocktail book-– Single AF Cocktails: Drinks for Bad B*tches–- profit off merchandise sales from her and Katie Maloney’s Something About Her sandwich shop, compete on Dancing With the Stars and land the starring role in Broadway’s Chicago, reportedly earning her at least $1 million, post-breakup.
