The Chrisley family is returning to TV in a new series, currently titled The Untitled Chrisley Project, two years after the final season of Chrisley Knows Best aired on the USA Network.
According to People, the new series is set to air on Lifetime and siblings Savannah and Chase Chrisley will serve as executive producers.
“ … the Chrisleys don’t know best anymore, but they’re doing their best to be there for each other,” the logline for the upcoming series reads “The family faces the challenge of carrying on the Chrisley name and legacy on their own with only phone calls and brief visits with their incarcerated parents.”

As fans know, Savannah and Chase’s parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, are currently in prison for tax evasion and fraud crimes– 12 years for Todd and seven years for Julie. (The former reality TV couple had the number of years on their respective sentences reduced in September 2023– 14 months taken off of Julie’s sentence and two years taken off of Todd’s.)
Prior to Julie and Todd reporting to prison, Savannah was made the primary guardian of her younger siblings, Grayson and Chloe. In the new series, viewers will get to see Savannah filling the parental role in Todd and Julie’s absence, while also “fighting tirelessly for a Presidential pardon to free” her parents.
The show will also reportedly follow along as Chase addresses “some life struggles while building his new business and navigating his relationship with girlfriend Jodi [Laine Fournerat].”
More importantly, fans can look forward to the return of Todd’s mother, Nanny Faye Chrisley, who regularly appeared on ‘Chrisley Knows Best.’

While the Chrisley family is promising to “expose the raw truth” of their lives– both past and present– in this new series, the show will reportedly be “far different than what audiences have seen before.”
“The family faces a critical point in their lives that will either make the family bond stronger or leave it shattered forever,” the logline reads. “This series delivers an unfiltered, deeply personal look at their journey and introduces the real Chrisleys as they navigate this new chapter.”
Back in August 2023, Savannah told fans that she and her family had begun working on a docuseries, less than a year after USA Network cancelled both ‘Chrisley Knows Best’ and Savannah and Chase’s series, Growing Up Chrisley; however, the project seemingly never came to fruition. Savannah had also hinted at a possible TV comeback for her family during a May 2023 episode of her Unlocked podcast.
The Chrisley family’s new series is slated to premiere later this year.

Always enjoyed your show and I am happy to tune in to the new one. I am glad to hear Julie and Todd are being set free to come back to their family and hopefully become stronger as a family.
Please stop giving convicted criminals that hide behind religion a platform to continue screwing over people. These types don’t change, they adapt.
Hopefully the money will go to restitution and cover Chase’s lawsuit for the auto accident.
Who else sees this as another platform for Savanah to preach how unfair this all is for her parents, and to try for that pardon?
Hopefully something legal is put in place where Todd and Julie cannot profit off this at all.
They just cannot help themselves. There are some people out there that just cannot live a normal, average life, and these dumb dumbs are an example of that. They think they’re special and deserve more.
can’t wait to completely ignore this. 🤣😹
So happy for all of you !
Good luck with the new show.
I cannot wait.
Love to all of you.
Praying for your mom and dad !
Hope they will be home soon.
