Tom Sandoval Files for Restraining Order Against Ex Victoria Lee Robinson After Her Arrest; Video Surfaces of Sandoval Pushing Victoria’s Dad Into Lit Firepit

The tumultuous twosome in, um…happier times…

Trigger Warning: This story contains mentions of domestic violence and assault.

Tom Sandoval’s relationship with girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson appears to have come to a spectacularly dramatic end– complete with an arrest, a restraining order and— randomly— a video of Sandoval seemingly pushing Victoria’s father into a lit firepit.

According to TMZ, the 44-year-old former Vanderpump Rules star claimed in court documents filed this week that he was subjected to “verbal and physical abuse” by the 33-year-old model following a night of drinking on June 3. Sandoval claimed that he and Victoria were engaged in a verbal argument at his home when he noticed that Victoria was filming him with her phone.

Tale as old as Tom time…

Amid the couple’s argument, Victoria’s dad, Will Robinson, allegedly became aggressive, leading Sandoval to lock himself in a guest room for protection. Sandoval claimed that Will proceeded to “punch a large hole” into the door of the guest room, stick his face through the hole and threaten Sandoval.

(Is anyone else getting ‘The Shining’ vibes from this description? I hope Victoria’s dad had the decency to utter “Here’s Willlllly” as he popped his head through the door…)

Anyway, Sandoval also alleged that Victoria hit him so hard in the face and head during the altercation that it caused his vision to blur. (Click here for photos of the injuries Sandoval allegedly sustained amid the altercation.)

Sandoval went on to claim that after the alleged assault, Victoria began recording in an effort to make herself look like the victim. Sandoval ultimately called the cops, resulting in Victoria’s arrest. (She was released the same day on bond.)

In addition to the alleged assault by Victoria, Sandoval accused Will of “lunging at” him and “putting him in a bear hug,” just before Victoria allegedly put her hands on him on the night of June 3. Sandoval also claimed that Victoria has been abusive towards him in the past, allegedly punching him in the face, throwing a full bottle of Gatorade at him, verbally abusing him, tracking his location via an AirTag and changing the passwords on his phone and social media accounts.

While Victoria and her father have been living with the former Bravo star, TMZ reports that Sandoval’s request for a temporary restraining order (TRO) against the father-daughter duo has been granted. Additionally, a judge has ordered Victoria and Will to move out of Sandoval’s home immediately.

“Don’t even think about trying to snag my galaxy lights on your way out.”

Despite Sandoval having obtained a TRO against both Victoria and her father, a video obtained by TMZ that was recorded during the June 3 confrontation (via home security camera) appears to show Sandoval shoving Will into a lit firepit, suggesting that he may have been an aggressor in the situation.

In the video, an animated Sandoval is shown arguing with Victoria and Will, who are seated next to a lit firepit. At one point during the heated confrontation, Sandoval appears to make an attempt to grab something from Victoria (presumably the phone she was allegedly trying to record with), prompting Will to grab Sandoval around the waist in an effort to pull him off from Victoria. The video then shows Sandoval pushing Will off of him, causing Will collide with Victoria before landing in the nearby firepit.

Will quickly gets back onto his feet and runs into the house after Sandoval, and Victoria eventually stands up and runs into the house after the two men.

Victoria’s dad has disputed Sandoval’s account of the June 3 altercation, insisting to TMZ that he called police (not Sandoval) “for our safety” and claiming that the injuries he sustained in the incident required medical attention and will require additional medical care.

“The [district attorney] did not file the case for a reason,” Will told the outlet. “I lifted Tom off of my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner.”

Sandoval, reflecting on the last three years of his life…probably.

Will also argued that the home where the alleged assault occurred belongs to Victoria, not Sandoval.

“This is my daughter’s home and we just want Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away,” he stated.

A source told Us Weekly on Thursday that Sandoval and Victoria— who began dating in early 2024— “are broken up,” citing the alleged abuse Sandoval has endured “for many months.”

“For the most part, Tom has been supporting Victoria and her dad as Tom has been paying rent and utilities,” the source claimed. “Victoria’s dad has been living in the house for free. He put up with far too much for too long.”

In his request for a restraining order against Victoria and her dad, Sandoval claimed he was concerned for his safety and the lack of control he has over his possessions.

“They better keep their mitts off my trumpet if they know what’s good for them!”

“[Victoria] and her father continue to reside in our rental home, which I am presently paying for,” he wrote in the filing. “Meanwhile, I have been completely displaced from my home. I am bringing this request because I cannot tolerate [Victoria’s] abuse any longer. My efforts to maintain the peace have been met with further hostile behavior from [Victoria].

“I am gravely concerned for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control over my home, vehicle and belongings,” he added.

Sandoval claimed that Victoria “repeatedly insulted and demeaned” him while they were dating.

“She called me a ‘f**king loser,’ told me ‘I can get so much better,’ said that ‘the only reason people like you is because of me,’” Sandoval said of Victoria, adding that she often called him an “idiot” and “moron.”

“Well, I’m not gonna argue with THAT!”

A hearing has been set for the restraining order case for July 16. A temporary order remains in place as of press time.

  1. I don’t know what happened because I wasn’t there. What I do know is that if Sandoval got that close to my daughter’s face and tried to physically yank something out of her hands. I would have beat his ass. Right or wrong. Period. And her Dad wasn’t even being rough with him when he had to physically pull him away from his daughter. Had I got pushed into a fire pit causing my daughter to fall Sandoval would have gotten a second ass whipping.

I’m not discounting that women can abuse men. They absolutely can and if that’s happening it’s wrong. No one in a relationship should be putting their hands on anyone else. The injuries on Sandoval could have been an assault or could have been defense again I don’t know. But what I do see is the video. And it kind of looks like he started it.
