Tarek El Moussa and fiancée Heather Rae Young just found out that Tarek’s ex-wife, Christina El Moussa Anstead Haack is engaged to her new boo, Joshua Hall, and the couple is reacting (via an interview, naturally) to the news of the upcoming nuptials.

Christina announced her engagement to the Austin-based realtor on Monday by posting a series of photos taken in Los Cabos, Mexico, where the couple is currently celebrating Josh’s birthday.
Hours after Christina and Josh’s engagement news was shared on social media, Tarek, who shares two kids with Christina, told People he and Heather couldn’t be happier.

“We just saw, but congratulations!” Tarek said.
Heather— who has been proclaiming her love for Tarek on Instagram (and her own butt via tattoo)— for nearly a year, said she’s thrilled for Christina and Josh.
“Wow, awesome! We just want nothing but happiness for them and nothing but happiness for the kids,” the Selling Sunset star said. “We’re looking forward to the next chapter of everyone’s lives.”
Tarek’s kind words for Christina come just months after he reportedly launched a verbal attack at her on the set of their HGTV show, during which he allegedly called Christina a “washed-up loser” and compared her to Heather, whom he claimed was hotter and richer than his ex-wife.
Christina and Tarek were married from 2009 to 2018, though the exes have continued to host ‘Flip or Flop’ together. Following their split, Christina went on to marry Celebrity IOU: Joyride host Ant Anstead– with whom she shares one child– though the two called it quits in September 2020 after less than two years of marriage.
Ant later revealed that it was Christina who wanted the divorce, not him.
“Every day is an improvement,” he told People in December 2020. “Obviously, going back a couple of months, I mean, it was a big hit. I think everybody knows this was not my decision. It really hit me hard.”
Christina and Ant’s divorce was finalized in June, just about three months before Christina accepted Josh’s proposal.
Ant is now dating actress Renee Zellweger.

I think Ant is the winner in all this, because he definitely upgraded. Tarek and Christina both sound very toxic and Heather is a moron for not seeing through his douche bag, seven head ways. I bet neither Tarek or Christina’s new relationships will last forever either. I think the best thing to do is keep your relationship off reality TV!
The only thing I can say to this is PLEASE get them off of my tv screen! Neither are charming or fun. The only thing they are super at is divorcing people.
Wow. Poor little kids. There’s a lot of upheaval and shuffling around for them as all of their parents continually seek new sex partners. I especially feel sorry for the littlest guy, because he will be separated from his siblings when it’s time for everyone to go to their dad’s. Mom and the new child-free dude seem to enjoy a lot of child-free activities.
