Christina Anstead is “coasting” toward Divorce No. 2!
The Christina on the Coast star announced on Friday that she and her husband Ant Anstead have split after less than two years of marriage. The couple tied the knot in December 2018 and have son Hudson— who was born in September 2019—together.
Christina— who was previously married to her Flip or Flop co-star Tarek El Moussa— revealed the breakup news on Instagram.
“Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate,” she wrote in the caption of a photo of her and Ant walking on the beach.
“We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority. We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future.”
Fans had begun to suspect that the couple was on the outs, given that they hadn’t appeared in each other’s social media posts for awhile. Eagle-eyed fans noticed that Ant continued to leave loving comments on Christina’s posts, but that they were being removed. Ant currently follows Christina on Instagram but she no longer follows him.
Ant has yet to comment publicly on the split.
This was the second marriage for both Christina and Ant, with each having kids with their former spouse. Although Christina and her ex-husband Tarek divorced in January 2018, they have continued to work together and appear on ‘Flip or Flop.’
In July, Tarek became engaged to his girlfriend, Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young. He has not yet commented publicly on Christina’s split with Ant.

I really think it’s her. Men like her because she’s a successful pretty woman and then real life sets in. She seems like she is super hard to deal with and a ginormous bitch.
That’s what happens with those rebound relationships.
He must have ran out of money.
After her first divorce, she dated several guys before Ant. I kinda thought she was moving way to fast, barely adjusting to her divorce. To each his own I guess. Maybe now she will slow it down and take time for her and her kids
I love Ant on Wheeler Dealers, I think he is a great guy (and yes, it’s true, he hasn’t posted anything about Christina in a while, in Spring they were still going strong) but the marriage, a kid, it all went too fast. I believe he was more of a rebound to her than anything else. I hope they will stay civil for Hudson. (Although Christina deleting his posts makes me doubtful)
You’re right, this was all in a span of 3 years (the first divorce, dating, marriage, baby, Tareks new engagement,
and now this separation). Her kids have probably had almost no time to adjust to anything.
