Farrah Abraham Goes on Wild Social Media Rant After Hairstylist Accuses Her of Not Paying for 12-Hour Service: A Recap of Events

Raise your hand if you’re getting ready to double-down on your bad behavior, per usual…

Farrah Abraham took a break this week from feuding with fellow former Teen Mom stars and prematurely launching political campaigns to unleash an unhinged social media rant after a hairstylist alleged on social media that the Backdoor Teen Mom left a 12-hour hair appointment without paying for the service and not following through with their agreed-upon collab.

Farrah’s (latest) rant began on Monday when a Fort Worth, Texas, hair stylist name Marseya McAnally– aka Slayposted a video to Instagram warning other hairstylists to avoid taking on Farrah as a client after the fired ‘Teen Mom’ star allegedly sat for a 12-hour session, only to allegedly leave without paying or promoting the stylist’s work as she’d agreed to do.

Slay claimed that Farrah– whose hair before the session looked like it had been used to mop up the water in her driveway porta-potty— had also blocked her on social media after the appointment, yet was posting photos of her rehabilitated hair online. (Slay later clarified that Farrah– after multiple demands via text before her scheduled appointment– had paid $170 for clip-ins that she wanted in her hair, though she said Farrah didn’t even bother to send her money to cover the tax on the clip-ins.)

Farrah– who was, for some reason, getting her hair done for her 16-year-old daughter Sophia’s prom– was also accused of showing up to the hair appointment two hours late, which seemingly contributed to Farrah and Sophia not leaving the salon until around midnight.

The before, during and after pics of Farrah’s hair…

In one of the many (MANY!) rants she posted in response to Slay’s claims, Farrah slammed Slay for “posting up about [her] to get clout,” while also criticizing hairdressers in general. She also threw some poorly worded jabs at some of her former ‘Teen Mom’ co-stars, including Jenelle Evans. (Jenelle would later go on to call Farrah out for randomly bringing her into her Hair Horrorfest.)

Farrah insisted that she no longer responds to “adult tantrums online,” before going on to have an adult tantrum online via another Instagram Story. She insisted in that story that Slay “did get paid,” before showing a screenshot of the money she sent for the clip-ins she specifically requested. Farrah claimed that Slay knew she wasn’t getting paid.

“Having the honor of working with The Number One Celebrity In Our Nation should be payment enough, PER LAW!”

“A collab is free as she knew & then acted ignorant and victim to,” Farrah wrote. “That’s an example of mental illness.”

Farrah went on to post even more digs aimed at Slay, as well as various posts praising other stylists who are “real professionals.” She also managed to scrounge up a few posts from “fans” who sided with her in the hair-do debate, which she proceeded to share to her Instagram Story.

After firing off a hoard of inflammatory posts, Farrah insisted to followers that her focus was on Sophia and Sophia’s prom, “as it should be.”

“ … not all these jealous adults who wish they were my daughter,” she added.

Slay went on to reveal Tuesday on Instagram that she had received a Cease and Desist & Final Notice from Farrah, which argued that “Farrah did send payment, as she had decided not to move forward with the collaboration.”

The document went on to demand that Slay remove any content that accuses Farrah of not paying for the services, as well as any content that features either Farrah or Sophia.

“No she did not send payment she’s about to piss off her people if she doesn’t iron out the facts lmao,” Slay went on to post to her Instagram Story in response to the document.

As for Farrah, she posted an official press statement to social media around the same time, insisting the claims against her alleging non-payment and unprofessional conduct are “entirely false, misleading, and deeply unprofessional.” Farrah’s statement went on to confirm that she was “pursuing criminal and legal charges” against Slay.

“Farrah’s priority remains protecting her name, her family– including Sophia– and her thriving business reputation across entertainment, fashion, and media ventures,” the statement (which was void of The Big F’s signature “Farrah Speak” so it was almost certainly written by ChatGPT) read.

“She will not tolerate further defamation, privacy invasions, or attempts to exploit her platform for personal gain.

“Any additional false statements, targeted harassment, or dissemination of private information will be met with swift and comprehensive legal actions through all available channels,” the statement concluded.

At this time, the content Slay posted about/featuring Farrah still remains posted to her social media page.

Later on Tuesday, she posted a video to her Instagram, stating that she may have to file a defamation lawsuit against Farrah.

“Y’all can tell, I’m a little traumatized; I’m a little scared,” Slay said in the video. “I’ve never been this exposed to the Internet.”

“Being exposed on the Internet is kinda my thing. Check out Backdoor Teen Mom…”

“I’ve never had everyone just analyzing everything I say and the whole situation is a lot. It’s a lot,” Slay said.

She mentioned that fans had been encouraging her to start a GoFundMe to “fight Farrah” in court if necessary.

As fans know, Slay is certainly not the first service provider or business to have issues with Farrah. A quick glance at Farrah’s Yelp account shows an absolute treasure chest of “Farrah Speak”-filled one-star reviews for all types of businesses– from Botox injectors, to online educators to doctors to horse-boarding facilities. (Who could forget the time when Farrah was unhappy with her Botox treatment and accused the med spa of committing “face robbery?!

Over the years, Farrah has used the review site to blast everything from an apartment complex she lived in (and allegedly caused a fire in); Harvard’s online college; the LA nightclub she was arrested in front of in 2022; her “women-hating” OBGYN; and many more.

Stay tuned…we all know that The Big F isn’t done here…

“Careful, Slay, or she’ll put you in her Porta-Potty. Don’t ask me how I know…”

  1. She’s just a horrible person and nobody would want to be around her .. life is short, Farrah should understand how lucky she is. Plenty of people suffer in life, kids get horribly abused daily on this earth and what she spreads is not kindness or anything the world needs.. simply she’s a horrible person and someday she will pay for it

  2. Just charge celebrities what the job is worth. this colleb shit is getting out of hand . stop catering to people just because they were on TV 8 yrs ago..

  3. I don’t believe anyone wishes they were Farrah’s daughter. I think more people have compassion for Sophia *because* she’s Farrah’s daughter.

  4. I don’t understand why women damage their hair with extensions. Good wigs look better and don’t fry your hair. I’ve tried both routes and it took months for my hair to recover from extensions. Lace fronts all the way now. And women pay out the ass for this. 🤦‍♀️

Also, at this point, anyone dumb enough to do business with Farrah deserves what they get. All you got to do is look at her yelp profile to know she’s unhinged and doesn’t pay her bills.
