Lisa Vanderpump Says Fired ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Cast “Needed to Learn a Lesson”; Details Her Recent Run-In with Stassi Schroeder

“Learn a lesson? Haven’t I suffered enough?!”

Lisa Vanderpump recently had her first run-in with Stassi Schroeder since the former SURver was fired from Bravo, and while it went well, Lisa still agrees Stassi and the other fired Vanderpump Rules cast members “needed to learn a lesson” for their actions.

In June 2020, Stassi and Kristen Doute received the Bravo boot for racist actions against former ‘VPR’ cast member Faith Stowers. ‘VPR’ newcomers Max Boyens and Brett Caprioni also received pink slips at the time over past racist tweets that went viral in January 2020.

After the four were fired, Lisa released a statement expressing how “saddened” she was by “the lack of judgement that has been displayed,” though according to Us Weekly, she has made amends with at least one of her former co-stars/employees–—the person whom she once claimed wasn’t “important enough to hate.”

#NeverForget

“I actually ran into [Stassi],” Lisa told Us Weekly. “I did say, ‘Yes, I called you back and I’ve called you and reached out to you.’ … She was very friendly.”

After she was fired (and lost her podcast), Stassi went on to hire a crisis management team, announce a pregnancy, sit down with Tamron Hall for a cringy interview, marry Beau Clark, give birth to her first child, and start a parenting podcast with Beau, available on Patreon.

Ups, downs and revenue streams aside, Lisa hopes those who were fired from her show learned a lesson from what happened.

” …and with that said, would you like to subscribe to my Patreon?”

“I wish them all well. I do,” Lisa said of Stassi and the other fired cast members. “I also think they needed to learn a lesson about, you know, respecting other people’s point of views and having empathy and looking at other people’s lives, not just through their own lens. Personally, I think a lot of people need to learn that.”

“Well she DEFINITELY isn’t talking about us!”

In January, Lisa defended the fired cast members, assuring fans of the show they were “a thousand percent not” racist, though she admitted “it wasn’t right what they did at all.”

Lisa has also come forward suggesting that like Stassi and the others, Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright were also fired from ‘VPR,’ and did not leave the show on their own, as they told fans in December. It’s unknown where Lisa’s relationship with Jax and Brittany currently stands, though.
